우리가 밤하늘에서 볼 수 있는 별의 개수는

대략 3,000개 정도입니다

우리 은하에 있는 별의 수는 대략 그 보다 1억 배나 많은 3,000억개이며 이들은 나선형 구조로 아름다운 균형을 이루고 있습니다.

만일 외계의 행성들이 우리 은하계에 침입하면 균형을 잃고 별들은 서로 충돌하게 될 것입니다.

우리 몸에는 그 보다 300배나 더 큰 은하가 있습니다.

우리 몸의 장내에는 대략 90조개의 박테리아가 살고 있습니다.

이 박테리아들도 좋은 박테리아와 나쁜 박테리가 서로 균형을 이루고 있습니다.

이 균형이 깨지면 우리 몸에 병이 생기며 원상회복 될 때까지 병이 낫지 않습니다.

항생제는 우리 몸 속의 은하에 살고 있는  좋은 박테리아를 죽여 균형을 깨뜨립니다. 따라서 이 균형이 회복되지 않고 누적되면 병이 생깁니다.

이로써 항생제를 장기 복용하면 대장암 등 병이 생기게 됩니다

우리는 농사를 짓기 위해 전통적으로 화학비료와 농약을 사용합니다.

화학비료와 농약은 우리의 토양과 생태계를 해치며 우리가 먹는 음식물에는 물로 씻어도 농약이 40%가량은 남아 있습니다. 농약 또한 우리 장내에 축적되어 박테리아 균형을 깨뜨려 병을 유발할 수 있습니다.

이러한 잔류농약이 체내에 장기간 쌓이게 될 경우 두통, 호흡기 질환 같은 작은 증상부터 불임과 자폐아 출산율은 60%이상 올라가고 암, 치매 등의 중증 질환까지 유발하는데 실제로 국내 농약에 의한 사망자가 연평균 3천여명이라고 합니다.

As a result, long-term use of antibiotics can lead to diseases such as colon cancer

We traditionally use chemical fertilizers and pesticides for farming.

Chemical fertilizers and pesticides harm our soil and ecosystem, and about 40% of the pesticides remain in the food we eat, even if we wash it with water. 
Pesticides can also accumulate in our gut and upset the bacterial balance, leading to illness. If these pesticide residues accumulate in the body for a long time, it can cause minor symptoms such as headaches and respiratory diseases, infertility and autistic birth rates rise by more than 60%, and serious diseases such as cancer and dementia are caused, and in fact, the average number of deaths caused by pesticides in Korea is about 3,000 per year.
