우간다 30m 깊이의 우물파기 프로젝트

우간다에 30m 깊이의 우물파기 프로젝트 입니다.

드디어 물이 올라왔습니다.

엄청난 암반 돌들을 뚫어야 했습니다.

Hello Greetings please everyone 🙏, its been a while since we started on the digging of the Uganda 🇺🇬 borehole in Gooli, Kiyindi in Buikwe District.

It has been a deep hand dug well with majorly one big challenge;

- the rocky formation that covered the first about 65ft of the pit right from the top.

- and the next like 15ft which were also majorly soft soils but that was not bearing water springs yet.

So Finally we struck good and increasing water springs/eyes at a depth of about 80ft. That is the water you are seeing in that captured video today and we thank God for that milestone achievement and long been waited major result of the whole digging process or operation.

Part of the well is already built abit, actually about 20ft, especially where the soil formations were soft and collapsing during the digging process.

Now we are left with one major battle for the next like 6 days ahead

- that is to deepen the well more beyond the water eyes/springs we struck, to be able to create a reasonable and well enough water storage space or water column or tank, where the community will be able to draw enough water permanently.

- and to completely build all the brick wall around the well up to top and we place a top cover ready to install the pump.

안녕하세요 여러분, 우간다 부이퀘(Buikwe) 지역 굴리(Gooli)의 키인디(Kiyindi)에서 시추(우물 파기) 작업을 시작한 지 꽤 시간이 흘렀습니다.

지금까지 수작업으로 깊은 우물을 파면서 겪은 주요 난관은 다음과 같았습니다.

- 지표면에서부터 약 65피트(약 20미터) 깊이까지 암반층이 형성되어 있었습니다.

- 그 아래 약 15피트 구간은 주로 부드러운 흙으로 되어 있었으나, 아직 물이 솟아나지는 않는 구간이었습니다.

마침내 약 80피트 깊이에서 양질의 물이 솟아나는 지점을 발견했습니다.

오늘 영상에서 보시는 물이 바로 그곳에서 나온 것입니다.

이 중요한 성과와 긴 작업 끝에 얻은 값진 결과에 대해 하나님께 감사드립니다.

우물 벽의 일부(약 20피트 구간)는 이미 보강 공사를 마쳤습니다.

특히 굴착 과정에서 흙이 무너져 내리기 쉬웠던 부드러운 지반 구간을 우선적으로 작업했습니다.

이제 앞으로 약 6일간 중요한 과제가 하나 남아 있습니다.

- 발견한 수맥(물줄기)보다 더 깊게 우물을 파서, 지역 주민들이 지속적으로 충분한 물을 길어 올릴 수 있도록 적절한 용량의 물 저장 공간(수주 또는 저수 공간)을 확보하는 것입니다.

- 또한 우물 주변 벽돌 벽을 지표면까지 완전히 쌓아 올리고, 펌프를 설치할 수 있도록 상단 덮개를 씌우는 작업을 완료해야 합니다.

The whole digging operations have taken some dramatic 2 months complete, because of the rocky formations we majorly had to go and break down through. It slowed the speed process, breaking down and repairing operation tools, becoming an hectic operation generally *but for us we never give up on a task at hand 👍*

주로 암반 지대를 뚫고 지나가야 했던 탓에 전체 굴착 작업에 꼬박 2개월이라는 긴 시간이 소요되었습니다. 암석을 깨는 과정에서 작업 도구가 파손되어 수리하느라 속도가 늦어지는 등 전반적으로 매우 힘든 작업이었지만, *저희는 눈앞의 과제를 결코 포기하지 않았습니다 👍*
