1. 전도를 해야 하는 이유

3) 전도하는 목적

전도는 제2의 나를 만들기 위함이다. (18-186)

구약시대는 물질의 제물시대입니다. 그래요, 안 그래요? 「그렇습니다.」 그다음 신약시대는 뭐냐? 아들의 제물시대예요, 실체로서. 예수가 그랬지요? 신약시대의 예수가 그랬지요? 이때는 제물을 몸으로 드리는 거예요. 몸은 하나님이 원하는 최고의 제물입니다. 그것이 경제복귀예요. 환드레이징이예요. 환드레이징을 하는 것입니다.

세상 사람이, 일반 사람이 못 따라오고, 세상 기독교인들이 못 따라올 정도만큼만 해가지고는, 그다음에는 아들로서 세움을 받았으니 말씀을 가지고 하나님 대신 사랑해야 됩니다. 전도해야 됩니다, 전도. 예수의 사명을 해야지요. (95-294) 

전도는 뭐냐? 아들의 자리에 서 가지고, 즉 말하자면 신약시대를 탕감하는 것입니다. 사탄을 이겨야 되는 것입니다. 사탄을 이겨야 된다구요. (119-49) 

전도 나가는 목적이 뭐예요? 예수님보다 낫기 위한 것입니다. 예수님보다 낫지 않으면 축복 못 받는 거예요. 그렇지요? 예수님보다 나으면 어떻게 되느냐? 예수는 겟세마네 동산에 가 가지고 살려 달라고 세번이나 기도했는데 나는 죽을 데에서도 기도 안 하고 죽어간다 그 말이라구요. (웃으심)

나 안 한다구요. 난 절대 안 한다구요, 죽으면 죽었지. 그러면 예수보다 나은 거예요. 그렇게 가는 거예요. 내가 죽을 자리에 가더라도 난 기도 안 한다구요. 내가 살기 위해서 기도 안 한다구요. 알겠어요? 「예」 

자, 전도하는 목적이 뭐라구요? 예수보다 나으니까 예수의 제자같이 반대하던 제자가 아니라, 죽더라도 같이 죽을 수 있는 제자를 내가 만든다 이거예요.

그렇기 때문에 밤이나 낮이나 홀로 남기고 오는 거라구요. 죽을 자리를 같이 가야 된다구요. 그 사람이 죽으려 할 때, 그 아들이 죽으려 할 때 내가 먼저 죽을 수 있는 자리에 나가야 한다 이거예요. 

모든 십자가는 내가 책임지고, 동네에서 돌멩이를 던지더라도 내가 먼저 맞으려 하고, 욕을 먹어도 내가 먼저 먹으려하고, 매를 맞아도 내가 먼저 맞으려 해야 한다구요. 알겠어요, 무슨 말인지? 「예」 전도하는 목적이 뭣이라구요? 「예수보다 낫기 위해서」 (96-122) 

그러면 전도는 어떻게 하느냐? 그보다 열심히 해라! 그보다 열심히 하라구요. 물질을 복귀하는 것보다도, 구약시대를 넘어가는 것보다도, 신약시대를 넘어가는 것은, 아들을 복귀하는 것은 그 이상 열심히 안하면 안 돼요. 그 이상 열심히 해야 돼요. 그게 원칙이예요. 그 이상 열심히 하라구요. 그러지 않으면 원리에 맞지 않는다 이거예요. 

그래야 신약시대를 통과하는 거예요. 예수 대신 책임을 완성하는 거예요. 아담이 만물을 잃어버렸고, 사람을 잃어버렸고, 사랑을 잃어버렸습니다. 이 세 가지를 잃어버렸다구요.

그러니 아담 대신이 되고, 하나님의 아들딸 되기 위해서는 만물을 찾아오고, 사람을 찾아오고, 사랑을 찾아와야 되는 거예요. 그래야 복귀되는 거예요. 그게 원리예요. 그건 레버런 문의 말이 아니라구요. 그렇잖아요? 알겠어요? 「예」 그러니 안 할 수 없다구요. 

그렇기 때문에 선생님이 만물을 찾기 위해서, 돈을 벌기 위해서 얼마나 울고 다니면서 수고를 했는지 모른다구요. 전도를 하기 위해서 밤을 새우며 얼마나 눈물을 흘렸는지 모른다구요. 하나님이 원하는 가정을 찾기 위해서 얼마나 십자가를 지고 핍박받았는지 모른다구요. (96-151) 

우리가 원리로 전도하는 것은 사랑 찾기 운동을 하는 것이다. 심정의 세계는 시공(時空)을 초월한다. 말씀도 기도도 궁극에는 사랑을 위한 것이다. 완성은 사랑의 이상을 이루는 것이다. (33-69)

3) 伝道する目的
　
伝道は第二の私をつくるためです。（一八―一八六）

旧約時代は、物質の祭物時代です。そうですか、そうではないですか？ （そうです）。その次に、新約時代は何ですか？　息子の祭物時代です。実際に、イエス様がそうだったでしょう？　新約時代のイエス様がそうだったでしょう？　

この時は、祭物を体でささげるのです。体は、神様が願う最高の祭物です。それが経済復帰です。ファンダレイジングです。ファンダレイジングをするのです。世の中の人が、一般の人についてこれず、世間のキリスト教徒がついてこれないほどして、その次には息子として立てられたので、み言をもって、神様の代わりに愛さなければなりません。伝道しなければなりません。イエス様の使命を成さなければならないでしょう。（九五―二九四）

伝道とは何か。息子の位置に立って、すなわち、言うなれば新約時代を蕩減するのです。サタンに勝たなければならないのです。サタンに勝たなければならないのです。（一一九―四九）

伝道に出る目的とは何ですか？　イエス様以上に優れることです。イエス様以上に優れなければ、祝福は受けられないのです。そうでしょう？　イエス様より優れたならどのようになりますか？　

イエス様はゲッセマネの園に行って、生かしてくださいと三回も祈祷したのですが、私は死ぬようなところでも祈祷せず、死んでいくというのです。（笑われる） 私はしないのです。私は絶対にしないのです。死ぬなら死んだでしょう。そうすれば、イエス様より優れているのです。そのように行くのです。私が死ぬ場に行っても、私は祈祷しないのです。私が生きるために祈祷しないのです。分かりますか？ （はい）。

さあ、伝道する目的とは何ですか？　イエス様より優れているので、イエス様の弟子のように、反対する弟子でなく、死ぬにも、一緒に死ねる弟子を私がつくるのです。死ぬ場に共に行かなければならないのです。その人が死のうとする時、その息子が死のうとする時、私がまず死ねる場に行かなければならないのです。

すべての十字架は、私が責任をもち、村で石を投げられても、私がまず受けようとし、悪口を言われても、私がまず言われようとし、鞭打ちを受けても、私が先に受けようとしなければならないのです。分かりますか、何のことか。（はい）。伝道する目的とは何ですか？ （イエス様より優れるため）。（九六―一二二）

では、伝道はどのようにするのですか。それより一生懸命やれ！　それより一生懸命せよというのです。物質を復帰するよりも、旧約時代を越えていくよりも、新約時代を越えて息子を復帰することは、それ以上一生懸命しなければなりません。それが原則です。それ以上一生懸命せよというのです。そうしなければ、原理に合わないというのです。

そうしてこそ、新約時代を通過するのです。イエス様の代わりに、責任を完成するのです。アダムが万物を失い、人を失い、愛を失いました。この三つを失ったのです。

ゆえにアダムの代わりになり、神様の息子、娘になるためには、万物を探して、人を探して、愛を探してこなければならないのです。そうしてこそ、復帰されるのです。それが原理です。それは、レバレンド・ムーンの言葉ではないのです。そうでしょう。分かりますか？ （はい）。ゆえに、せざるを得ないのです。

ですから、先生が、万物を探すため、お金をもうけるため、どれほど泣いて、歩き回りながら苦労をしたか分かりません。伝道をするために夜を明かし、どれほど涙を流したか分からないというのです。神様が願う家庭を探すため、どれほど十字架を背負って、迫害を受けたか分かりません。（九六―一五一）

私たちが原理で伝道するのは、愛を探す運動をすることなのです。心情の世界は時空を超越します。み言も祈祷も、究極には愛のためのものです。完成は、愛の理想を成すことです。（三三―六九）

The purpose of witnessing is to create my second self. [18-186]
 
The Old Testament is a time of material offering. Isn't that true? [Yes it is.] What is the New Testament then? It is a time for offering the son, as a substantial body. This is what Jesus had to do. Isn't that what Jesus did? At that time, the body had to be offered as a sacrifice.

The body is the best offering that God wishes for. This is what financial restoration is. This is what fundraising is all about; we must do fundraising. First, we must do enough of it so that the people of the outside world, the ordinary people cannot catch up; then, we must raise ourselves up to the position of the son, and represent God by giving love centering on His word. You have to do witnessing. Witnessing: we must do the mission of Jesus [95-294]

What is witnessing? It is standing in the position of a son; in other words, it is paying indemnity for the New Testament. We must win over Satan. We must win victory over him. [119-49]

What is the purpose behind going out witnessing? It is to become better than Jesus. You cannot receive blessing if you are not better than Jesus. Isn't that true? How do you become better than Jesus? Jesus prayed to God three times at the Garden of Gethsemane that his life be spared; in contrast, I must never offer such prayer even when I am dying. [Smile] I won't do it. I will never do it, even if I have to face death. If you can have that standard, then you can become better than Jesus. This is how you should live. I do not pray for myself even at the place of death. I never pray to save myself. Do you understand? [Yes]

So, what is the purpose of witnessing? Since we must be better than Jesus, then we are to raise disciples who would not stand opposed like Jesus' disciples, but would follow to the end, even to the path of death. For this reason, whether it is at night or during the day, you are not to leave them behind alone. You must enter the path of death together. We must be willing to die before that person or his child.

All crosses must be born by me, and you must be willing to be hit by all the stones that people throw in the villages; you must receive all the curse and accusations, and you must be the first to receive all the beatings; this is how it should be. Do you understand? [Yes] What is the purpose of witnessing? [To become better than Jesus.] [96-122]
 
Then how do you do witnessing? You must put in more efforts than he does! You must be more diligent than he is. Even more than restoring material things and going over the Old Testament, passing through the New Testament and restoring the son requires more dedicated effort. You must be more diligent than that. This is the basic principle. You must work harder than that. If it is otherwise, then it is not in accordance with the principle.

This is the only way to pass through the New Testament. It is fulfilling the responsibility in place of Jesus. Adam lost the creation, man, and love. He lost these three things. Thus, in order to become his replacement and become the child of God, we must claim back the creation, man, and love. This is the way of restoration. This is the basic law. These are not the words of Rev. Moon himself. Isn't that so? Do you understand? [Yes] Therefore, we cannot neglect it.

Accordingly, you wouldn't be able to even fathom how much I had to go through to claim back the creation and raise money. You cannot understand how many tears I have shed for witnessing during many sleepless nights. You do not understand how much persecution I have received and how heavy a cross I have carried in order to restore the family that God wanted. [96-151]

Our witnessing through Divine Principle is carrying on a movement to find love. The world of heart will surpass time and space. The word and prayer are ultimately all for the sake of love. Perfection is realizing the ideals of love. [33-69]
