부모님이 영육을 중심 삼고 국가기준에서 핍박받던 모든 것을 제거하고 사탄을 굴복시켰습니다. 그래서 하나님과 일체권 가정적 기반을 정착시켰기 때문에 이스라엘 민족을 대신하여 탕감하던 예수님시대 국가 기준을 세계에 연결하면 다 끝나는 것입니다. 영계, 사탄세계의 지옥까지 전부 내쫓았습니다.

지상재림할 수 있게끔 만들어 놓았기 때문에 여러분을 후원함으로써 이스라엘권 세계화시대가 왔습니다. 세계 만민이 축복받을 수 있는 선민권 내로 들어왔고 이스라엘권 세계화시대에 들어왔기 때문에 통일교회가 4억쌍을 축복하는 것입니다.

영육 세계를 중심 삼고 완전히 고개를 넘었기 때문에 부모님을 따라 절대신앙·절대사랑·절대복종의 심정을 가지면 모든 것을 넘어서는 것입니다. (360-157~158)

父母様が霊肉を中心として国家基準で迫害されたあらゆることを除去し、サタンを屈服させました。そうして、神様と一体圏の家庭的基盤を定着させたので、イスラエル民族に代わって蕩減したイエス様の時代の国家基準を世界に連結すれば、すべて終わるのです。霊界、サタン世界の地獄まですべて追い出しました。

地上再臨ができるようにしておいたので、皆さんを後援することによって、イスラエル圏世界化時代が訪れました。世界万民が祝福を受けられる選民圏内に入り、イスラエル圏世界化時代に入ったので、統一教会が四億双を祝福するのです。

霊肉世界を中心として完全に峠を越えたので、父母様に従って絶対信仰、絶対愛、絶対服従の心情をもてば、すべてを越えるのです。(360-157~158) 

True Parents can eliminate all national-level persecution and bring about the surrender of Satan, based on the flesh and spirit. Together with God, I was able to set up a unified family foundation, and from there we could make a foundation on the national level, as Israel should have done in Jesus' time. When this foundation expands to the world level, everything will be completed. I have expelled Satan from the spirit world and the satanic world of hell.

Through this I have given rebirth to this world and now, with your support, the authority of Israel has expanded to the global level. Because the people of the world can receive the Blessing as the chosen people, and the authority of Israel has expanded to the global level, the Unification Church could bless the 400 Million Couples.

Because I have completed all the courses in the physical world and the spiritual world, you can conquer everything through a heart of absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience to True Parents. (360-157~158) 

4억쌍 제4차 국제합동축복결혼식이 2003년 7월 13일 유관순 실내체육관과 전세계 186개국 주요 도시에서 동시에 거행됐다.

4億双第四次国際合同祝福式が2003年7月13日、柳寛順室内体育館と全世界186ヶ国の主要都市で同時に行われた。

International Blessing of 400 Million Couples, Fourth Phase was held at Yu Gwan-soon Gymnasium, Cheonan, Korea and at the main cities in 186 nations on July 13, 2003.

전세계 136개국에서 날아온 3,550쌍의 선남선녀들은 부부로서의 새 출발과 함께 참사랑을 통한 평화 구현에 앞장설 것을 다짐했다.

世界136カ国から飛んできた、3,550組の善男善女たちは夫婦としての新たな出発とともに、真の愛を通した平和実現の先頭に立つことを誓った。

Through this ceremony, the 3550 couples of young men and women from all over the world, 136 nations, resolved to expand true love and form the peaceful world.

이날 축복식에 동참한 세계 신랑신부들은 인종이 다르고 기독교·불교·유교·힌두교 등 종교적 믿음도 다양했지만 참가정을 이루어 인류평화에 기여하겠다는 의지만은 하나였다.

この日の祝福式に参加した世界の新郎新婦たちは人種が異なり、キリスト教・仏教・儒教・ヒンズー教など宗教的信仰も多様ですが、真の家庭を成して、人類平和に寄与するという意志だけは一つであった。

On that day, the attendees from all over the world, has different race, religions, and faith. However, they gathered under the same purpose to form the true family and world peace.

본 합동결혼식은 '순결과 애국'의 상징인 유관순 실내체육관에서 인종과 종교간 화합으로 인류가 하나됨을 갈망하는 자리여서 그 의미가 한층 더해졌다.

本合同結婚式は「純潔と愛国」の象徴である柳寛順室内体育館で人種と宗教間の和合により人類が一つになることを切望する場であったため、その意味が一層深いものとなった。

The reason why this ceremony was held at Yu Gwan-soon Gymnasium is that "Yu Gwan-soon' which is the part of the gym name is Korean woman name and she has been known as the presentative of 'Pure Love and Patriot' in Korea. That's why True Parents chose this place for uniting the race and religion. It leads human beings become into one.
