올해부터 10년 내에 미국과 캐나다에 있는 아직 교회 간증이 없는 주요 도시 500개에 교회나무를 심는 것을 놓고

이곳 온 성도들이 기도 중에 있습니다.

올해에는 먼저 30개 도시에 교회 간증을 세울 목표를 가지고 있습니다.

이를 위하여 다음 주부터 40-50명으로 구성된 30개 팀이 30개의 도시를 각각 하나씩 맡아서 2주동안 복음도

전하고 추구하는 믿는 이들도 만날 것입니다. 이를 위하여 몸 안의 기도를 요청합니다.

이미 각지역 라디오 방송과 구글 광고를 통하여 신약성경 회복역을 신청한 숫자가 무려 14,000명입니다.

이들 중 약 40 퍼센트는 자신들을 방문해 주기를 원한다고 합니다. 미국은 최근에 경기가 많이 어려워지면서

예전보다 사람들의 마음이 많이 가난해졌다고 평가받고 있습니다.

낮아지고 비워진 그 마음에 생명의 말씀이 씨로 떨어져서 하나님의 자녀로 거듭나서 자신의 옛사람이 아니라

인생의 참된 의미이신 주님을 살고 표현함으로 각지 지역마다 금등잔대의 간증이 밝히 빛나게 되기를

Brother Lee’s letter for the gospelization of Taiwan Posted on Jan 26

The January 12, 2011 update video mentions brother Lee’s letter to the trainees who were participating in the gospelization of Taiwan. The letter is handwritten in Chinese. The English translation is below:

To the brothers and sisters who are departing for the gospelization of Taiwan:

I worship from the depth of my being the Lord whom we serve and trust! He has given us more than four years to exercise and prepare for the gospelization of Taiwan, bringing us to this very move today! Everyone of us participating in this blessed, divine move is perfected by the grace of God. The surpassing grace of God is forever sufficient. As long as we are absolute and genuine toward the Lord, upholding that He is and we are not, doing nothing apart from Him, as long as we have the same heart and love one another, without opinion or envy, as long as our intention, walk, conduct, and work are all restricted by the discipline of His Spirit and backed up by the power of His Spirit, as long as we always call upon His name and pray in every matter, we will receive His abundant and unlimited blessing and witness the fruit of His blessed work. May the Lord grace you and perfect you. Amen.

Radio ad response: nearly 9,000 orders received Posted on Jan 25

Last week the Sowing Trip teams began contacting people living in their target city who responded to the Bibles for America radio ads offering free copies of the New Testament Recovery Version and Basic Elements of the Christian Life booklets. BfA has received nearly 9,000 orders since the radio campaign began three weeks ago, and 43 percent of respondents indicated they would like additional contact. The typical number of orders received at BfA is 1,000 per week.

The radio ads will continue to run through February 14, 2011.

Below is an excerpt from an e-mail that BfA received from a man who called to order a Bible and booklets. Undoubtedly, there are many more like him in cities across North America. May these ones be brought into more fellowship through contact with the saints.

“Please, let me thank you for the most wonderful version of the most wonderful collection of writings ever to be known by man. Next, let me share with you my joy…I have tried to read God’s Word before, and, being raised in church as a child, understood a fair amount and remembered a fair amount of meanings of verses, books, and stories. Still, without a knowledge of Greek and Hebrew, much remained lost to my understanding. I can understand my Lord’s Word better than ever before, now, thanks to you (God through you, undoubtedly, but still, you). The clear language of the [New Testament Recovery Version] Bible combined with the thorough, easy to understand definitions, references, notes, and explanations in the footnotes, has brought the Word alive, in the sweetest, most wonderful, and clearest way. Eight Points of Prayer for North America

On January 17–18 co-workers in North America gathered together in the regions where they serve to pray specifically for the Lord’s move on this continent. A report from the Southern California co-workers is posted on www.beseeching.org and contains Eight Points of Prayer summarizing their time of intercession. The report is both encouraging and helpful, as it can serve as a guide to all the saints as we continue to pray.

From the Eight Points of Prayer, pray:

• That Satan, the strong man, will be bound and his house plundered in the thirty cities targeted for GTCA sowing; that the evil angelic prince over each city will be defeated and displaced and that the cities will no longer be desolate but filled with flocks of men for God’s testimony; that through the propagation of the high gospel and the deeper truths, many of God’s sons will be gained for Christ and the church.
• That the saints will appropriate and experience the economical aspect of the Spirit, with His authority and power, to move, act, preach, and minister in a normal and frequent way; that they will be both soaked and clothed with the Spirit to experience His infilling and outpouring for their gospel ministry and service.
• That the thirty teams with over 1,300 saints will have the Lord’s presence, will experience mutuality and the one accord, will be blessed in their labor, and will achieve a success in the sowing trip; that the Lord will cover and protect all the teams and team members through His sovereign control of the environment and circumstances.
• That the current sowing trips will be successful not only in the bearing of fruit and the planting of church trees but also in becoming a catalyst to stir up the existing churches to gain the increase locally and to spread universally; that the culture of migration will take hold in the recovery to raise up the small, vital, day-by-day, house-to-house church life in many cities.

“Do you not say that there are yet four months and then the harvest comes? Behold, I tell you, Lift up your eyes and look on the fields, for they are already white for harvest. He who reaps receives wages and gathers fruit unto eternal life, in order that he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together.”—John 4:35-36

Registration:
Since the public announcement of the “Sowing” trips that will be held January 29 through February 15, 2011 in 30 cities in the USA and Canada, hundreds of saints have been led by the Lord to participate in this move. Online registration will conclude on Monday, December 27. To date, the following numbers of saints have registered to join these gospel trips:

Distribution materials for each city:

• 750 New Testament Recovery Versions (an increase from 500)
• 750 Basic Elements of the Christian Life (an increase from 500)
• 5,000 Bible and books free offer brochures
• 5,000 gospel tracts
• Spanish NT Recovery Versions and books as necessary
• BfA military packets

Tilling Phase:
A contract has been signed with Salem Radio to air 4-5 daily BfA ads offering a free New Testament Recovery Versions and the 3 volume series of Basic Elements of the Christian Life. The ads will be broadcast on 200 stations across the USA, including one in each of the 30 GTCA cities. These ads can be heard January 3 through February 13, 2011. Research is being done for placing similar ads in local newspapers. A Google Internet AdWords campaign will run through the month of January.

Planning:
Co-workers overseeing the Sowing Trips in the general area and responsible brothers of the host churches and those from nearby supporting localities have begun detailed planning for the teams’ activities during the two-week period. These initial plans will be shared among all the teams by January 10 so that the coordinating ones can learn from each other and help one another. To facilitate better communication and closer coordination among the brothers, the 30 cities are now grouped into eight clusters as follows: Midwest (6 cities), Mid-Atlantic (3 cities), Northeast (4 cities), South Central (5 cities), Southeast (3 cities), West Coast 1 (Northwest and Northern California, 3 cities), West Coast 2 (Southern California and Mountain states, 3 cities), and Canada (3 cities).

Electronic Handbook:
To support the sowing teams for the two weeks in the 30 cities, a web-based electronic handbook (hb.gtca.us/) has been created to provide the coordinating brothers related to this move immediate access to schedules, team lists, distribution venues, transportation, and other practical information. The more this web application is utilized, the greater visibility these brothers will have of the details of each team’s activities. In addition, pertinent spiritual material as aids to gospel preaching, literature distribution, follow-up appointments, home meetings, seminars, inoculation, etc. can be readily accessed through this handbook. Also, an internal social networking application will permit real-time communication between all of the participating saints through the use of mobile devices. This feature will provide a means for local reports, prayer items, lessons learned, and announcements to be sent directly to team members and shared among teams regardless of their location.

Prayer:
In view of this unprecedented move of the Lord to increase and spread in North America, it is suggested that January be designated as a month of prayer in all the churches on the continent. The co-workers’ time of intercession on January 17-18 and the supplication of all the saints are absolutely needed to pave the way for the Lord to pour out His blessing upon His recovery in 2011.

Timeline:

Finances:
The estimated $1,250,000 is required to cover the “free” distribution materials for the teams, radio and Internet advertisement expenses and the support of needy trainees and full-timers.

CONCERNING THE FARMING LABOR

“And He said to them, The harvest is great, but the worker few; therefore, beseech the Lord of the harvest that He would thrust out workers into His harvest.” —Luke 10:2

Definition:
Whereas the sowing trips are a two-week event, “farming” is the long-term labor to plant small church trees in many cities across North America. This is carried out by various existing or newly formed vital groups (composed of 6-12 saints) in the local churches who are desperate for the increase and spread of the Lord’s recovery. After much and thorough prayer and fellowship among the members and with the leading ones, each of these groups, according to their burden, will adopt a specific city that does not have the Lord’s testimony as their field of long-term labor. They may select one of the 500 cities already suggested or any city to which the Lord is directing them. The saints have shown great interest towards this way of labor.

Proposed Goals:

• 10 Years – 500 adopted cities with 250 new churches established
• Year 2011 – 100 adopted cities (including the 30 from the sowing event) with 25 new churches raised up

Timeline:

December 2010	Announce burden in the winter training
January 2011	The saints/groups spend the month in prayer and fellowship
February 2011	Vital groups begin to register as a group and adopt their selected city on GTCA.us
April 2011	Co-workers review the list of registered groups and adopted cities
May 2011	Presentation made to the recovery at the Memorial Day

Additional resources will be available for the saints to use on the GTCA.us website, including:

Follow-up:

As responses from interested literature recipients (particularly those who asked to be contacted) from an adopted city come in, the group of saints who are burdened for that locality can immediately begin to shepherd these open and seeking ones through personal visitation, phone calls, e-mail, and even video conferencing. The burdened saints can take group trips or even family vacations to travel to their adopted city to meet with these ones. Eventually those cities that exhibit more openness among its population could be targeted as localities for future annual sowing trips. Ultimately, as a result of such labor, a door will be opened for the saints to migrate to many cities for the sake of the spread of the church life.

PowerPoint:

A 10 minute narrated PowerPoint (also known as a screencast) that gives the saints a succinct report of the GTCA 2011 sowing event and an introduction and overview of its farming labor will be ready for presentation the latter half of the winter training.

Bibles for America is sponsoring daily radio ads offering a free New Testament Recovery Version and Basic Elements of the Christian Life booklets to listeners of nearly 200 stations across the U.S. and Canada. From January 3 through February 13, these radio ads will saturate the vicinities of the 30 Sowing Trip cities by being broadcast four to five times a day. See a listing of the cities and stations that will be airing the radio ads.

Let us pray that these ads would be a real “tilling of the ground” in the hearts of many seeking ones and prompt many to order the free ministry materials, that the saints would have “good earth” to labor on when they arrive for the Sowing Trip!
