PRO-APPLE study - Learn Problem Solving Skills and engage with an Apple Watch to help you cut down on drinking.

Are you drinking alcohol regularly and interested in cutting down your alcohol use?

Attend a Problem-Solving Therapy program remotely.

Researchers at The University of Illinois Chicago are conducting a research study involving individuals aged 18-25 who consume alcohol.

Your participation is voluntary.

You may be eligible to participate in the study if you meet all these criteria:

• Male or female college student between the ages of 18-25
• English-speaking
• Consuming alcohol at least twice a week
• Have no history of psychotic disease
• No current use of medications or intervention used to treat Alcohol Use Disorder
• Not pregnant
• You are interested in cutting down your alcohol use

PRO-APPLE study consists of

• Remote 1:1 coaching sessions and engagement with an Apple watch
• Online surveys and interview

You will receive compensation for your study participation.
