D-STAR 등록, 참 어렵네요. (D-STAR 등록하실 분은 필독 바람)

최근 D-STAR등록이 제대로 안되어 고생이 많으신 분들이 많이 계시는것으로 알고 있는데 
저도 그 중의 한명입니다.  D-STAR 잘 운영하고 있으면서 무슨 뚱단지 같은 말이냐구요? hi 
물론 제 개인 콜사인 HL5BBD는 이미 3년전에 등록이 되어 지금까지 잘 쓰고 있습니다. 
사실은 얼마전 제가 새로 취득한 미국 콜사인 KJ6TZ를 D-STAR 서버에 등록하기 위해 
3년전에 HL5BBD 를 등록할때 이용했었던, 미국 캘리포니아주의 San Bernardino에 있는 
KI6WZX D-STAR Server를 이용하면서  문제가 발생했습니다.  
1차등록은 되었는데 2차 등록이 마무리가 안되어 
몇주 동안  수차례시도를 하였으나 여전히 아직도 안되는 상태입니다.
그래서 그동안 수차례에 걸쳐  KI6WZX의 관리자인    Mr. Dennis Hughes <ke6ryz@yahoo.com>
씨에게 메일을 보내  도움을 요청하였으나 아무런 설명도 없이 사진만 찍어서 보내주는 답변만 받았습니다.  
뭐가 잘못되었으면 잘못되었다고 설명을 해주면 좋은데  너무  성의 없는 답변만 수차례 보내오길래  
이번에도 안되면 다른 서버로 갈테니 1차등록을 취소라도 해 달라고 최후통첩성 메일을 보냈더랬습니다.
그랬더니 답변이 오기를 " Ki6WZX D-STAR Repeater 는 기존 G2 시스템에서 G3 System으로 바뀌었는데 
많은 한국 사람들이 예전의 G2 parameter로 체킹을 하고 있다고 메일이 왔습니다.
그러면서도 G3시스템으로 체킹을 하려면 어떨게 해야 하는지에 대해서는 설명이 없네요.     
하도 답답하여 다시 메일을 보내, 그러면 이대로 D-STAR를 사용할 수 있는 것이냐고  물엇더니 
방금 메일로 G3에서 IP를 0.0.0.0.을 가지고 있으면 OK라고 조끔 애매한 답변이 다시 왔네요.

어제 집에가서 IC-7100 TRCV와 DV4mini 를 이용하여 KJ6TZ 호출부호로 REF Reflector에 연결을 시도해 보았습니다. 
REF001C와 REF030C에서 연결이 잘 되는 것을 확인했고 , 직접 미국과 교신도 해보았더니 문제없이 잘 되었습니다.  
이제 등록이 완전히 된 셈이네요.  hi

Is there any problem in using D-STAR even in the same condition as above? Many Koreans are not able to operate D-STAR because of the same problem like me . I would like to help them solve their registration problems. Please give me more details.

Here, in Ulsan, Ulsan regional office of Korea Amateur Radio league(KARL) is now preparing G3 D-STAR repeater system .

The repeater controller ( ID-RP2C ) & the software(RS-RP3C) have arrived already but we are still waiting for the 430 repeater unit (ID-RP4000V).  

Is there any problem to use G3 system for the station who registered their callsign with G2 system?

Actually I bought ID-51 Plus model 2 at Tokyo Ham fair last year even though I already had ID-51 Plus,  but still can not use new function (such as Terminal mode  and access mode) that is known to be available with G3 system. Many of local HAM operators in Korea have ID-51 Plus model 2.  Because that is the only D-STAR transceiver being sold in Korea officially. As long as I know  G2 system can be converted to G3 system by software  easily.

Ivan your callsign is fine. The problem is that i am using the new g3 gateway software and alot of the callsign checkers are checking for old g2 paramaters. Check your callsign on http://wb1gof.dstargateway.org/cgi-bin/dstar-regcheck?callsign=kj6tz

As I write this letter, I’d like to let you know a bit about the Korean D-STAR activities.

Until now, we have no place to request D-STAR registration in Korea unfortunately .
When I first started D-STAR three years ago, I had a lot of difficulties.

Initially, I tried to register my callsign via K1HRO but I did not get it registered for over one month , so I tried to find another one in the www.dstarinfo.com and found KI6WZX in San Bernardino and could get registered the next day after I applied. It was really grateful.

Back then,  the reason I chose San Bernadino's KI6WZX for my D-star registration was that I had been in the company for two years in Chino about 30 years ago and I knew where San Bernardino was.

Since then, I introduced KI6WZX to " Korea D-star Users Group"  Internet cafe.  From then on, I know that many Korean stations who want to operate D-STAR came to KI6WZX to register theircallsign as D-star user.  I am very sorry to have given KI6WZX a lot of burden  because of me.

In Ulsan, where I currently live, more than 20 D-STAR users gather for donation to install ICOM's Dplus D-STAR repeater for the first time in Korea. Some of the equipment has already arrived and the rest of the equipment will arrive at the end of October.

Currently, only XRF 070 & 071 reflectors are available in Korea. But these are only reflectors without repeater function.  For D-star Dplus repeater, we applied for REF082  and it has already been assigned for Korea. Once the D-star repeater installation is complete, we expect to be able to register D-STAR user directly by ourselves in Korea.

Thank you again for helping to register many D-STAR users in Korea. On behalf of all D-STAR users in Korea I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced so far However, we still need your help for registration until it is available in Korea soon. I deeply appreciate your understanding of this. If you have any question please feel free to contact me by e-mail and if possible I 'd like to meet you on D-STAR as I am on Ref 030C or Ref 001C almost every day.

저도 HL4BPL로 바뀌면서 KI6WZX 사이트에 등록을 신청했었는데, 마찬가지로 독일의 등록확인 사이트에서 체크를 해보면 Not O.K로 나옵니다.
첨부해주신 메일을 읽어보니, KI6WZX 사이트는 G3 게이트웨이 소프트웨어를 사용하고 있고, 여기에서 등록한 사용자를 다른 등록확인 사이트에서 체크를 하게되면 그 사이트가 G2 파라미터를 가지고 확인요청을 하기 때문에 에러가 난다.
알려준 미국의 등록확인 사이트에서 체크했을때 IP 주소에 0.0.0.0으로 나오면 제대로 G3 게이트웨이에 등록이 된 것이다.
이 정도로 해석이 됩니다.
REF 리플렉터나 리피터를 통해 교신이 잘되나 확인만 해보면 될것 같습니다

D-STAR등록과 관련해서는 위에 해석을 해 놓으신 대로, G2와 G3 시스템의 차이에 의한 것으로 생각이 듭니다. 처음부터 그 이야기를 해 줬으면 빨리 이해를 했을텐데, 몇번이나 편지를 주고 받으면서도 그런설명 없이 모니터 캡쳐 사진만 보내주니 답답했거던요.

D-star 등록에 대하여 알아보시느라 수고가 많으십니다. 위에 올리신 글을 기초로 Googling을 해 보니, Dennis의 말대로 등록은 정상적으로 된 것이 맞네요. 모든 문제의 원인은 Gateway가 G3시스템으로 바뀌면서 생겼는데, G3시스템에서는 개인 user가 등록하는 터미널에 더 이상 내부 IP를 부여하지 않는다고 합니다 (DD모드는 예외). 그런데 D-star 등록을 확인하는 사이트에서는 아직 이러한 내용이 반영되지 않아서, IP가 부여되지 않은 것을 error로 인식하고 있는것입니다. <터미널이란 D-star 등록의 2차과정에서 하는 장치의 등록을 말하는 것입니다.>

이제부터라도 D-STAR등록 과 확인 방법을 다시 안내해야 할 것 같습니다.
Dennis (KE6RYZ)라는 친구도 진작 좀 알기쉽게 설명을 좀 해 줬더라면 하는 아쉬움이 있습니다.
진작에 조금만 더 자세하게 설명을 해 줬더라면 오해없이 쉽게 해결했을텐데요.
괜히 한국사람들이 KI6WZX 에 너무 많이 몰려드니까, 귀찮아서 신경도 안쓰고 등록을 안받아 주는것이 아닌가하는 오해까지 했네요.

하지만 그동안 한국의 D-STAR USER들에게 D-STAR 등록신청한 후에
등록이 제대로 됐는지 확인할때 사용하라고 알려준 독일의 D-STAR등록 확인 싸이트
(http://dstar.prgm.org/cgi-bin/dstar-regcheck)에 가서
KJ6TZ를 쳐 넣고 확인하면 여전히 " REGISTRATION KJ6TZ NOT OK " 로 나옵니다.

그러니까 앞으로는 KI6WZX 에 등록을 신청한 사람은 미국의 등록 확인 싸이트 ( https://wb1gof.dstargateway.org/cgi-bin/dstar-regcheck?callsign=hl5ky )에서 등록여부를 확인하도록 해야 할 것 같습니다.

기존에 쓰던 HL5BBD 콜사인 대신에 새로운 콜사인 KJ6TZ를 넣기위해서는
무전기에서도 Mycall을 바꾸어 주어야하고 , DV4mini의 Control Panel에서도 콜사인과 DMR ID(CCS code: 7 자리 번호) 를 새로 넣어 주어야 합니다.

DV-MEGA나 DVAP에서는 SD card에 넣어 사용하고 있는 이미지 파일을 수정해야하는관계로 좀 복잡합니다.
Blue-DV의 경우에는 Set up에서 호출부호와 DMR ID를 바꿔주어야 합니다.

이리저리 검색하고 공부하고 있습니다 저도 KI6WZX에 등록신청을 하고 기다리는중입니다
로그인 하고 들어가서 2차등록과정에서 막히네요 여러 고수님들이 카페에 올린글데로 따라해보지만
고수님들의 글을 제가 잘 이해를 못한건지 시스템이 약간 바뀐건지 설명화면과 달라서 당황이 됩니다
