
Position Title: Client Care Specialist
Reports to: Client Care Manager
Function: To provide customer service, administrative and clerical support for the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Each Administrative Assistant will be assigned specific primary responsibilities that may include:
· Schedule and/or confirm reservations for our guests; manage the Property Management System (PMS); To organize our resources efficiently and to enhance our guests experience at Panda Pod Hotel
· Filing and managing guests information
· Handling daily check-in and check-out of guests and their luggage storage handling
· Respond to and/or forward all correspondence (e.g. voice messages, faxes and e-mail) to the appropriate person
· Problem solving , handling complains and provide solutions
· Regular cleaning of the capsule area, lounge area, washroom and reception area
· Maintaining stocks and selling at our gift shop
Qualifications & Skills:
· Fluent in English and Mandarin or Korean or Japanese
· Secondary education diploma; post secondary education preferred
· Office and customer service experience an asset
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
· Ability to perform assigned tasks according to established rules, regulations and procedures
· Skill in answering the telephone and providing accurate information
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Satisfactory criminal record check, credit bureau report
