1) 책임분담의 발견

지금까지 책임분담이라는 것을 몰랐기 때문에 역사가 이렇게 됐습니다. 왜 선한 사람들이 희생당하고 악한 사람들이 잘 되느냐? 독재자들이 왜 세상을 지배해야 되느냐 이겁니다.

역사를 들춰 보면 선군이 나와서 세계를 하나 만들지 못하고, 독재자의 세계통일의 꿈만 기록돼 있습니다. 그건 사탄세계가 됐기 때문에, 책임분담권을 침범받았기 때문입니다.

지상세계의 만민, 이전에 왔다 갔던 모든 영계의 조상들도 책임분담 완성권을 넘어선 사람은 하나도 없습니다. 이것은 선생님이 적당히 갖다 붙인 게 아닙니다.

이 책임분담이라는 말을 모르면 역사가 풀리지 않습니다. 전체 역사가 풀리지 않는다는 것입니다. 역사의 곡절을 해결할 수 없습니다. 역사가 왜 전쟁사냐? 본래 책임분담이라는 선의 조건이 악한 세계의 조건을 극복해야 할 입장에 있기 때문에, 타락해서 사탄세계가 되어 떨어진 것을 뒤넘이 치는 싸움을 해야 됩니다. 그렇기 때문에 역사는 선악의 투쟁사입니다.

통일교회에서 말하는 책임분담은 하나님이 만든 것입니다. 책임분담은 태초부터 있었습니다. 이 법은 영원한 법입니다. 하나님의 사랑이 절대적이기 때문에 절대적인 책임분담을 하지 않고는 그 사랑을 못 찾습니다. 절대적입니다.

책임분담이라는 말은 선생님이 투쟁해서 발견한 것입니다. 이것을 발견하면 사탄세계가 완전히 무너지기 때문에 사탄은 태산같이 쌓아 덮어 놓고 숨겨 놨다는 것입니다.

통일교회에서 인간 책임분담이라는 것을 알아냈다는 사실은 우주적인 발견입니다. 원자탄을 발명한 것, 아인슈타인이 상대성원리를 발견한 것은 비교도 안 됩니다. 그것을 모르면 역사의 모든 것이 해결되지 않습니다.

여러분이 인간 책임분담이라는 이 진리를 알았다는 사실은 위대한 소유를 하고 있다는 것입니다. 그런데 지금 무니들은 인간 책임분담을 싫어합니다. 제일 좋아해야 할 무니들인데도 제일 싫어한다는 것입니다. 인간 책임분담을 해야 합니다.

이 우주의 모든 모순된 사실과 역사의 모든 비운의 곡절은 책임분담이라는 걸 몰랐기 때문에 생긴 것입니다. 책임분담이 얼마나 중요한가 하는 걸 알아야 됩니다. 그런데 책임분담을 여러분 마음대로 생각하고 있다는 것입니다.

‘책임분담은 원리에서 가르쳐 주는 것이지 우리와 관계없다. 세상을 마음대로 살 수 있다.’ 이렇게 생각하면 안 된다는 것 입니다. 책임분담의 발견은 위대한 발견이라는 걸 알아야 됩니다. 이 책임분담에는 우주가 걸려 있습니다.

이것 때문에 하나님도 해방 못 받고, 우주도 해방 못 받고, 지옥문도 해방 못 되고 있습니다. 사회의 모순된 모든 불의의 역사가 책임분담이라는 이 울타리에, 책임분담이라는 이 담에 걸려서 허덕이고 있다는 것입니다.

3. 責任分担の発見とその重要性

1) 責任分担の発見

責任分担というものを今まで知らなかったために歴史が…。なぜ善なる人々が皆犠牲になり、悪なる人々が栄えるのですか？　歴史を見ると、独裁者たちがなぜ世の中を支配したのでしょうか？　

善軍が現れて世界を一つにすることは実現できず、歴史を調べると、どれも独裁者の世界統一の夢だけが記録されています。それはサタン世界だったため、責任分担圏を侵犯されたため、それ以下のあらゆる被造物、それ以下の人間自身、地上世界の万民、地上に現れて霊界に行った先祖たちまで見ても、責任分担完成圏を越えた者は一人もいません。

それが原理です、原理。それは先生が適当に取ってつけたものではありません。この責任分担という言葉を知らずしては歴史が解けません。そうですね？　全体歴史が解明できません。歴史の曲折を解決できません。なぜ戦争歴史なのですか？本来、責任分担という善の条件が悪なる世界の条件を克服すべき立場にあるので、堕落してサタン世界になって転落したのを覆す闘いをしなければなりません。そのため、善悪の闘争史になるのです。（一三七・二六六）

統一教会での責任分担という言葉はだれが作ったのですか？　だれが発見しましたか？（お父様です）。私は発見したまでであって、つくったわけではありません。（笑い）神様がつくったのです、神様が。それでは、私が発見する前からその言葉はありましたか、ありませんでしたか？（ありました）。いつから？（天地創造のときからです）。天地創造のときです。この法は永遠の法です。それを知らなければなりません。

神様の愛は絶対的であると同時に、その愛が絶対的な責任分担の上に立たなければ、その愛を実現できません。絶対的です。皆さんが朝ご飯を食べて生きることを考えるよりももっと根本なのです。

責任分担という言葉は先生が発見しましたね？　発見したのですが、皆さんのようにじっと座ったまま責任分担という言葉を発見したのですか？　闘争して発見したのです。これを発見されたらサタン世界は完全に崩れるので、サタンはひたすら隠し、覆いかぶせ、もう山を積み上げて完全に隠しておいたのです。（一五〇・四一）

今日、統一教会で人間の責任分担というものを解明した事実は、宇宙的な発見であることを知らなければなりません。原爆の発明やアインシュタインの相対性原理の発見などとは比較にもならないのです。それを知らなければ人類のすべての問題が解決できません。

皆さんが人間の責任分担というこの真理を知ったという事実は、偉大なものを所有していることになります。しかし今、ムーニーたちは人間の責任分担をいちばん嫌っています。

いちばん好きでなければならないのがムーニーであるにもかかわらず、ムーニーたちが人間の責任分担を嫌っているのです。どうですか？　好きですか、嫌いですか？（好きです）。「君たち、人間の責任分担を果たしなさい」と言いましたが、果たしましたか？（果たしていません）。（一二四・三〇三）

この宇宙のすべての矛盾した事実と歴史のすべての悲運の曲折、どれも皆、歴史上の責任分担というものを知らなかったために生じたのです。責任分担を皆さんは勝手に考えています。「責任分担は原理で教えてくれるもので、私たちとは関係ない。世の中は思い通りに生きていける」このように考えているのです。

そのように見るとき、レバレンド・ムーンが責任分担という言葉を発見したというのは偉大な発見であることを知らなければなりません。皆さんは責任分担をどれだけ重要に思っていますか？　

この責任分担には宇宙がかかっています。神様も解放されず、宇宙も解放されず、地獄もこのために解放されず、社会の矛盾したあらゆる不義の歴史が責任分担という壁に引っかかってあえいでいるのです。（一二四・九四）

1) Discovering the Portion of Responsibility

As we did not know about the portion of responsibility thus far, history. . . Why have good people been sacrificed while evil people prospered? Looking at history, why have dictators ruled the world? It has been impossible for the good forces to appear and unify the world; in studying history, we see only the records of dreams of dictators who sought to make the world one.

That is because it has been Satan's world. As the realm of the portion of responsibility had been violated, all creation under it, and man himself who was under it, looking at all races on this earth as well as at ancestors who appeared on this earth and went to the spiritual world, not one has been able to transcend the realm of the completed portion of responsibility.

That is the Principle. It isn't something that I took and made up. Without knowing the term, the portion of responsibility, we cannot resolve history. Isn't that right? None of history can be clarified. We cannot resolve the twists and turns of history. Why is it a history of war? Originally, the condition of good called the portion of responsibility was in a position to overcome the conditions of the evil world; thus, the battle to overturn the world of Satan, caused by the fall must be fought. That is why it becomes a history of the struggle between good and bad. (137-266)

Who made this word, portion of responsibility, in the Unification Church? Who discovered it? [Reverend Moon!] I just discovered it, but I didn't make it up. (Laughter) God made it. God did. Did the words exist before I discovered them or not? [Existed before.] Since when? [From the time of creation of Heaven and Earth.] From the time of creation of Heaven and Earth. This law is an eternal law. We must know that.

God's love is absolute; at the same time, if that love does not stand on top of an absolute portion of responsibility, that love cannot be realized. It is absolute. It is more fundamental than eating breakfast and thinking about living.

So I discovered the word, portion of responsibility? I discovered it, but did I do so just sitting quietly like all of you? I fought to discover it. The world of Satan would collapse completely if this were discovered, so Satan sought to hide it with all his might, to cover it up under mountains and hide it completely. (150-41)

Today, we must know that the clarification of man's portion of responsibility is a universal discovery. It does not even compare with the invention of the atomic bomb or the discovery of Einstein's theory of relativity. If we don't know this, none of the problems of mankind can be resolved.

The fact that you know the truth about man's portion of responsibility means that you possess something great. Yet today, Moonies dislike man's portion of responsibility the most. It should be the Moonies who love it the most, but it is they who dislike man's portion of responsibility. How is that? Do you like it or dislike it? [We like it.] I said, "You should fulfill man's portion of responsibility," but have you? [We haven't.] (124-303)

All of the contradictory situations in the universe and all of the winding, tragic outcomes of history occurred because man did not know about the portion of responsibility in history.

You are thinking of the portion of responsibility just as you choose. "The portion of responsibility is something taught within the Principle and it doesn't relate to us. We can live as we please in this world." That is how you are thinking.

When you view it in that way, you must know that the discovery of the portion of responsibility by Reverend Moon was indeed a great discovery. How important do you think the portion of responsibility is?

The entire universe is dependent upon this portion of responsibility. God is not liberated, the universe is not liberated, hell is not liberated because of this; the history of every possible contradictory immorality in society is hooked on to the wall of the portion of responsibility, and is groaning.(124-94)
