먼저 KQ엔터테인먼트 소속 아티스트를 향해 보내주시는 큰 사랑과 관심에 대해 감사 인사 드립니다.

최근 온라인 상에서 지속적으로 당사 아티스트에 대한 인신 공격, 악성 게시글, 허위사실 유포 등 무분별한 게시글로 인해 아티스트 뿐만 아니라 팬 여러분의 심적인 고통 등 피해가 확산되고 있습니다.

이에 당사는 소속 아티스트에 대한 권익 보호를 위해 악의적 비방, 악성 게시글, 허위사실 유포에 대해 지속적으로 모니터링하고 법적으로 강경 대응할 것임을 알려 드리며, 선처나 합의 없이 강력하게 대응할 것임을 다시 한 번 강조 드립니다.

또한 향후 발생하는 아티스트 명예 훼손 및 추가적인 피해 사례들에 대해서도 지속적인 법적 조치를 취할 예정입니다.

이와 관련하여 보다 빠르고 정확한 처리를 위하여 당사 소속 아티스트를 향한 악의적 게시물의 캡쳐 자료 등을 가지고 계신 분들께서는 아래 내용을 참고하여 자료 확보 절차에 협조해 주시기를 부탁 드립니다.

1. 신고(자료) 접수 이메일: protectkq@gmail.com

2. 제목에 반드시 관련된 소속 아티스트명을 기입해주시기 바랍니다.

3. 자료 송부 시, 가해자 및 범죄 사실 확인을 위하여 아래 기준에 맞추어 보내주시면 감사하겠습니다.

• 내용이 전부 드러나도록 캡쳐해주시기 바라며, 되도록 상단 URL 주소가 포함되도록 해 주시기 바랍니다.

• 내용이 길어서 한 번에 보이지 않는 경우, 해당 내용을 잘 구분하여 연속성이 드러날 수 있도록 해주시기 바랍니다.

• 게시글 등이 올라온 사이트가 어느 커뮤니티(또는 SNS)인지 확인이 가능하도록 링크를 기재해주시기 바랍니다.

• 가해자의 닉네임 또는 아이디(ID), 아이피(IP), 게시 일시, 플랫폼 등 가해자 및 악성 게시물에 대한 정보를 최대한 세부적으로 기재해주시기 바랍니다.

• 캡쳐 일시를 알려주시기 바랍니다(한국표준시간 UTCK 프로그램을 이용하시면 편리합니다.)

First of all, we would like to thank you for your great love and support towards our artists of KQ Entertainment.

Recently, indiscriminate and continuous posts online, such as personal attacks on the artists, malicious postings, and the dissemination of false information have caused harm and mental distress not only to the artists but even to the fans.

To protect the rights and interests of our artists, we inform you that we will continue to monitor any kind of slander, malicious postings and the spread of false information and legally respond to them. We stress once again that we will respond heavily without any leniency or agreement.

We will also continue to take legal action against defamation and additional damages occurring in the future.

For those who have captured malicious postings against our artists, we ask you to refer to the following information and cooperate with the data acquisition for faster and more accurate process.

1. E-mail for reporting (files) : protectkq@gmail.com

2. Please write the name of the artist in the title.

3. When sending us your files, we would appreciate it if you could send us the data in accordance with the criteria below for us to confirm‎ the offender and crime state

‘• When capturing, please make sure that all the contents are fully visible. The top URL address should be included as much as possible

• If the content is too long to be captured at once, please distinguish the contents so that the captures follow one after another and consecutively continue.

• Please provide the link to identify which community (or SNS) the posting is from in websites.

• Please provide the details of the offender as thoroughly as possible. (Nickname, ID, IP address, date of posting, platform, etc.)

• Please let us know when the capture was taken. (It is convenient to use the Korean Standard Time UTCK program.)

最近、オンライン上で持続的に当社アーティストに対する人身攻撃、悪質な書き込み、虚偽の事実の流布などの無分別な書き込みにより、アーティストだけではなくファンの皆様の精神的な苦痛など被害が拡散しています。

このため、当社は所属アーティストに対する権益保護のため、悪意的な誹謗、悪質な書き込み、虚偽の事実の流布について法的に強硬に対応することをお知らせし、善処や合意することなく強力に対応することをもう一度強調いたします。

また、今後発生するアーティストの名誉棄損および追加的な被害例につきましても、持続的に法的措置をとる予定です。

これと関連して、当社の所属アーティストに対する悪意的な書き込みのキャプチャー資料をお持ちの方は、下記の内容を参考にし、より速く正確な処理のためにたくさんのご協力をお願い申し上げます。

1. 申告(資料)受付メールアドレス：protectkq@gmail.com

2. 件名には必ず関連所属アーティスト名を記入してください。

3. 資料を送付される際は、加害者および犯罪事実の確認のために、下記の基準に合わせてお送りくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

• 内容が全部見えるようキャプチャーしてください。可能な限り、上段のURLアドレスが含まれなければなりません。

• 内容が長くて一度に見えない場合は、該当する内容を区分して連続性がわかるようにしてください。

• どのコミュニティ(またはSNS)なのか確認できるようリンクを記載してください。

• 加害者のニックネームまたはID、IP、記入日時、プラットフォームなど加害者および悪質な書き込みについての情報を最大限詳細に記載してください。

• キャプチャーした日時をお教えください。(韓国標準時間 UTCKプログラムを利用すると便利です)
