The Unchanging Word - The Unchanging Disciples(Joshua 14:6~15)
So on that day Moses swore to me, ‘The land on which your feet have walked will be your inheritance and that of your children forever, because you have followed the LORD my God wholeheartedly.’(9)
Hymn #400 Jesus, Hide Me(Unified Hymn 463)
When new believers begin their walk of faith, what must they do first? What must the church officers and the Remnants look for before anything else? What must the multiethnic people carrt with them? You must discover that there are unprecedented and never-repeated answers and blessings God has prepared for everyone. Then how can you find it? Caleb had a different heart. He saw God’s Word and power. He even saw the possibility through God’s absolute plan within the absolutely impossible reality he was in. Above all, he knew that spiritual answers had to come first, and he knew the fact that the Lord was with him in the wilderness was an answer in itself. He even knew the fact that the works pertaining to God’s Kingdom is the realistic answer that comes when he holds to the covenant at that moment. Thus, you must ask what God’s unprecedented and never-repeated plan is for you. Then how did Caleb receive such unprecedented and never-repeated answers?
1. He Held onto the Sure Evidence of Word Fulfillment
Caleb remembered the covenant he held at Kadesh Barnea(Verse 6). Also, at the current age of 85,he brought the past covenant into his present(Verses 7~11), and even proclaimed the covenant of his future(Verses 12). Like so, when you confirm the stream of Word fulfillment, unprecedented and never-repeated answers begin.
2. He Held onto God's Absolute Plan
Others were afraid, but Caleb saw the fortress of the giants and recognized the reality of Satan. He actually received answers from there. Moreover, he was sure that life and the future was under God’s sovereignty. In addition, he recognized the identity of Satan and also saw that the hearts of the people had melted away in the field.
3. What’s Certain is the Sure Future
The Exodus was liberation from darkness. The wilderness journey was the process of establishing God’s evidence. Because the land of Canaan was God’s absolute future, it was a place they had to enter. That was where world evangelization would be fulfilled. Thus, you mustn’t be discouraged, and you must hold onto the remaining unprecedented and never-repeated covenant.
There are many difficulties in the field. However, you must receive answers to the extent of carrying out world missions. You must receive answers to the extent of saving the entire world as you make the three courtyards. To do so, you must find what’s unprecedented and never-repeated in which was given solely to you.

[Covenantal Prayer] Dear God, I thank You for giving me the important covenant. May today be the day I hold onto the covenant that will be fulfilled. Help me see Your absolute plan and grant me the covenant that can see into the future. May I receive the remaining unprecedented and never-repeated blessings throughout this week. In Jesus Christ’s name, I pray. Amen.
