.매일 메시지 50개 언어 (Daily Message / Available in 50 Languages)고린도후서 10:3-6우리가 육체에 있어 행하나 육체대로 싸우지 아니하노니 우리의 싸우는 병기는 육체에 속한 것이 아니요 오직 하나님 앞에서 견고한 진을 파하는 강력이라 모든 이론을 파하며 하나님 아는 것을 대적하여 높아진 것을 다 파하고 모든 생각을 사로잡아 그리스도에게 복종케 하니 너희의 복종이 온전히 될 때에 모든 복종치 않는 것을 벌하려고 예비하는 중에 있노라

우리는 육체 안에 살고 있습니다. 그러나 육체의 소욕을 따라 살면 안 됩니다. 하나님의 뜻을 거스르는 육체의 소욕을 절제하고 주님의 뜻을 따라야 합니다. 육체의 소욕을 이기는 병기는 기록된 하나님의 말씀과 성령 충만입니다.

하나님의 말씀을 깨닫지 못하면 무엇을 지켜야 하는지, 무엇을 위해 신앙생활을 해야 하는지도 모릅니다. 하나님의 말씀을 지키려고 애쓰지도 않고 육체의 소욕대로 살면서 회개하지도 않습니다. 형식적인 믿음만 붙들고 살다가 사탄에게 끌려 지옥으로 가는 것입니다.

견고한 사탄의 진을 파하십시오. 사탄이 주는 생각을 파하고 육체의 욕망을 파하십시오. 생명의 길과 멸망의 길을 분별하는 기준은 예수님의 말씀입니다. 하나님의 말씀을 지식적으로 많이 아는 것만으로는 안 됩니다. 말씀을 많이 알아도 순종하지 않으면 소용없습니다. 인간은 연약하기 때문에 자기 힘만으로 주님의 뜻을 온전히 따르기 어렵습니다. 그래서 성령 충만을 받아야 합니다.

완전한 인간은 없습니다. 그래서 순종과 회개가 필요한 것입니다. 죄를 지으면 사탄의 지배를 받습니다. 그러나 즉시 회개하면 다시 주님의 품으로 돌아옵니다.잠시 죄에 빠질 수는 있습니다. 그러나 계속 죄 가운데 살면 안 됩니다. 죄를 짓고도 회개하지 않는 것은 믿음이 아닙니다.

인간이 만든 교리는 순종하지 않아도 천국에 간다고 말하고, 회개할 필요 없다고 가르친다. 이런 교리는 교인들을 죄 가운데 살게 하는 것이다. 멸망으로 끌고 간다. 성경 말씀에 반대되는 모든 이론을 파하십시오. 하나님을 대적하는 인간의 생각을 버리십시오. 교만한 생각을 낮추십시오. 거짓된 마음을 그리스도 앞에 굴복시키라.

주님은 오래 참으십니다. 죄인이 회개하고 돌아오기를 기다리십니다. 그러나 하나님의 오래 참으심을 이용해서는 안 됩니다. 끝까지 죄를 버리지 않고 회개하지 않는 자에게는 멸망이 기다리고 있습니다. 그러므로 육체의 소욕을 버리십시오. 사탄이 주는 생각을 물리치십시오. 하나님의 말씀에 순종하십시오. 성령 충만을 받으십시오. 죄를 지었으면 즉시 회개하십시오.

2 Corinthians 10:3-6

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but are mighty before God for pulling down strongholds, demolishing every argument and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and taking every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ. And we are ready to punish every act of disobedience once your obedience is complete.

We live in the flesh. But we must not live according to the desires of the flesh. We must restrain the desires of the flesh that oppose God’s will and follow the Lord’s will. The weapons that overcome the desires of the flesh are the written Word of God and the fullness of the Holy Spirit.

If we do not understand God’s Word, we do not know what we must keep or what we should live a life of faith for. We neither strive to keep God’s Word nor repent while living according to the desires of the flesh. We live clinging only to a superficial faith, and then are dragged away by Satan and go to hell.

Demolish Satan’s strongholds. Demolish the thoughts Satan gives and demolish the desires of the flesh. The standard for discerning the way of life from the way of destruction is the words of Jesus. Merely having extensive intellectual knowledge of God’s Word is not enough. Even if you know much of the Word, it is useless if you do not obey it. Because human beings are weak, it is difficult to follow the Lord’s will fully by their own strength alone. Therefore, you must be filled with the Holy Spirit.

There is no perfect human being. That is why obedience and repentance are necessary. When you sin, you come under Satan’s dominion. But if you repent immediately, you return to the Lord’s embrace. You may fall into sin for a time. But you must not continue living in sin. Sinning and yet not repenting is not faith.

Man-made doctrines say that you will go to heaven even without obeying, and teach that there is no need to repent. Such doctrines cause church members to live in sin. They drag them to destruction. Demolish every argument that opposes the words of the Bible. Cast away human thoughts that oppose God. Bring down proud thoughts. Make your deceitful heart submit before Christ.

The Lord is long-suffering. He waits for sinners to repent and return. But you must not take advantage of God’s patience. Destruction awaits those who refuse to forsake sin and repent to the end. Therefore, forsake the desires of the flesh. Drive away the thoughts Satan gives. Obey God’s Word. Be filled with the Holy Spirit. If you have sinned, repent immediately.
