First of all, in this video clip, I couldn't see your gentle yet mild smile on your face. Therefore, a mood of your presentation was a bit murky;; By wearing radiant smile, inundate the air of your presentation with brightness.
Second off, [R] sound was a bit missed. Hea[r]t, [R]ead - When you make 'r' sound, especially initial 'r' sound, make the shape of your mouth rounder.
Third, position of some word's emphasis was mislead. [Democracy], [Magazine] - Access to www.m-w.com, and find out how these words are pronounced correctly and accurately.
Third, 'F' sound was noticeably ignored. Be[f]ore, A[f]ter, Non[f]iction - To make clear 'f' sound, slightly put your upper teeth on the lip and send out air in your mouth at the same time.
Fourth, [P] sound was weak. [P]oint, Re[p]lied - For clear 'p', have your lips pressed together and then slightly push air out of your mouth forcing your lips apart.
