Devotion That Saw the 5 Streams(1 Samuel 1:9~11)

  And she made a vow, saying, ”O LORD Almighty, if you will only look upon your servant’s misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the LORD for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head.“(11)

  Many people are spiritually affiicted and facing a difficult time. Instead of directly trying to fix their problems, you must help them gain the fundamental power to the extent these problems disappear. Hannah kept praying with deep resentment because she couldn’t have a child. At this time, God’s covenant appeared to Hannah as a Bartizan. Israel was constantly suffering under the Philistines at the time, and there was no one who could stop them. They had God’s covenant, but they had no power and no leader. The bigger problem was that the Word and prayer was cut off and no one was relaying it anymore. From the moment Hannah saw this, not only her life but even the future began to change. The priest Eli blessed Hannah. Jesus also taught in a parable that you should pray, wait, enjoy, and not be discouraged(Luke 18:1~8). There were three kinds of grace that Hannah realized.

1. Heavenly Mandate(Platform)
  She realized that a Nazirite was needed. A Nazirite is a leader who prays and carries the role of a king or a priest. Moreover, a Nazirite understands the world yet knows spiritual things and serves as a watchman of prayer who saves the age.

2. Calling
  Unexpected grace from God came upon Hannah ’s family. God gave Samuel revelation that spoke of the future. Afterward, not a single word Samuel spoke fell to the ground. Through the prayers of Samuel and Hannah, the Arkof the Covenant that had been taken by the Philistines returned(1 Samuel 3:19). In addition, the Mizpah movement took place(1 Samuel 7:1~12), and as long as Samuel lived, there was no war(1 Samuel 7:13~14).

3. Commission
  Grace for a future that wasn’t even seen yet was revealed(The antenna of the Throne). David was raised in this manner(1 Samuel 16:1~13). After Samuel anointed David, David defeated Goliath, and holding the covenant Samuel passed on, he endured and even rejoiced through every hardship. He became king, set up 1,000 Bartizans, and completed the preparation for temple construction.

  Answers to prayer are received today through the Word. There are answers that come immediately, no answers, and answers that come after waiting. When you don’t lose hold of the Word and enter into the 3 Concentrations and 3 Settings today, the 3 Answers will come.
