though가 걸린다면..소식해야 오래 산다는 사실을 알고 그것을 지키려고 하지만 사실은 살찐 사람들의 열정 등을 질투하고 있는 것은 아닐까, 로 해석하면 though가 해석이 될라나요..대명사 싫다 진짜

그러니까..refusal이 음식 많이 먹는 것을 거부=소식, 즉 'they can correlate it only with their refusals=소식과 관계있다고 생각함'으로 해석이 되고 if 아래는 '장수를 진짜 원한다면'이네요.
