The faith that reaches the stage of tasting victory through the presence of the Lord by keeping the commandments in which we have become one with the Lord in Christ is not for anyone.
The Corinthian church has not yet reached that point. Because Christ is outside.
In fact, they are children who are in Christ, but are of the flesh (1 Corinthians 3:1-3).
Just as Greece, to which Corinth belonged, is a country with many words due to the influence of philosophy, the Corinthian church at that time was also a very talkative church.
So Paul wept and wrote 1 Corinthians to them (2 Corinthians 2:4).
Therefore, Paul's testimony cannot be desired from the Corinthian church or the churches today.
“Thanks be to God, which always cause us to triumph in Christ, and make manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.” (2 Corinthians 2:14).
Those who have seen the light in Christ follow the message of the cross of Christ.
I confess that I am nothing, only Christ in me, and I long for the manifestation of the Spirit and life of the Lord.
He gives us victory in Christ every time. makes us win
If you win through Christ, praise will come naturally.
A fanfare resounds in the heaven and in my heart at the same time.
The savour of the knowledge of Christ can never come out without becoming one with Him.
When choosing cosmetics, sniffing is because the value of cosmetics is the smell.
“We are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish” (2 Corinthians 2:15)
It's not the savour that smells the nose, it's the savour that the eyes see.
As Christ, the Ho Logos, fills in us and by being an Amen, the Word is embodied and actualized, and it is a visual savour that appears outside.
It is the savour of Christ that exudes from within those who are being saved.
However, since the faith in which Christ dwells in them is dim, how can his image appear without the work of Christ as the resurrection and life?
Even if hypocrisy becomes refine, there are many christians who are like whitewashed graves.
As you lead a life of faith, you need to become fresh and young with the energy of life, but there are many people who are polished like pebbles by the river.
Yet, of the ability of christians, Paul says:
“To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?” (2 Corinthians 2:16)
It is a savour that kills people on the one hand and a savour that saves people on the other side.
People who go to hell like the smell from the manholes of hell, but people who go to heaven don't like it, so they avoid it.
Therefore, we must be freed from sin and death through the Spirit of life in Christ, and we must not neglect to practice godliness according to the Spirit and not according to the flesh.
The carnal mind is death, but the spiritual mind is life and peace (Romans 8:6).
Then there is joy, but there is no one who can explain the lyricism of salvation...
That's why Paul said, "For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ". (2 Corinthians 2:17)
Yesterday I listened to a sermon by a popular pastor these days.
Listening to the sermon, I saw them say “Amen”, rejoice, clap their hands and smile, and now I thought that customers would like it better if he mix and sell the words cheaply like that.
It's fun, touching, and I feel like the world will be in my hands at any moment.
Even so, when he speaks of prayer, he cannot tell you what the essence of prayer is, and he says he is looking to the Lord, but he cannot tell them the secret of how to look up to him and gain new strength.
It is just a sermon that touches the heart by mixing and blending the words, repeating tension and relaxation.
It is just a sermon spoken by people, not a prophecy of the word of God.
This is a preacher's talent, not preaching the Word of God.
So Paul declares that he does not cheapen horogos by mixing them.
No matter how good cosmetics are, if they are not pure, they will smell bad.
The Word must be preached as pure as if it were received from God.
And we must preach with the Spirit and life of the Lord in Christ.
Therefore, when the Word of God is preached through Reema, waves and energy radiate outward from the sound, and at the same time, it becomes a fragrant savour to peaple.
However, this is not good for everyone, but it becomes a savour with two sides, death or life.
That's why the Lord also says that the world will hate you (John 15:19).
When a person of the world hears the Word, it becomes a sword and makes his head throb.
It is the savour of death.
But to those who are born of God, it is life and peace.
Joy will surely appear along the peace. Because it is the joy of the Lord.
This is the result of the ministry of the Word that preaches purely without mixing.
