Are you passionate about preparing and serving amazing food? Are you interested to learn and thrive with a successful, growing company? If this sounds like you, get in touch - we want to hear from you! We are currently looking for full-time Kitchen staff to join the team at our Oak location.

The ideal candidate for this position must be available to work a variety of different shifts, including mornings, and be capable of working alone and as part of a team.

This role will consist of assisting with the daily preparation and serving of all food ordered in the cafe, daily ingredient preps and maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen area. This role may also have the ability to assist in front of house operations in the cafe as and when required.

Qualifications and Skills

What you'll need:

At least 1 years' experience in a kitchen or food focussed environment is required - demonstrated experience with food preparation in a coffee based environment is preferred.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive when faced with new challenges and keep calm under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Punctual and reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills, but also the ability to work and run a kitchen alone.
Must be willing to work early mornings and be capable of standing for long periods of time
