Abraham had waited years for a son, but then God said, “Offer Isaac /to Me /as a sacrifice.” 

What? But God was testing him—and he passed the test.

When God asks us to do what makes no sense, we can reason,

like Abraham did, “God promised [me] [good], so I know that He will make [this] [work]. 

He will never fail /in His promise to me.” 

Let’s glorify God /with our faith, believing that He will bring [us] through.
