(Diana is talking to her son Eric…)
Diana: (Calling into Eric's bedroom.) Come on Eric! If you want me to buy you new basketball sneakers you have to hop to it!
Eric: Okay. It's just so hard getting out of bed this morning.
Diana: And you better straighten out your room before we go.
Eric: Is breakfast ready yet?
Diana: I'm making eggs now; eggs and toast. Come on let's go.
Eric: (Walking into the kitchen.) I couldn't sleep a wink last night.
Diana: Why not?
Eric: Didn't you hear that helicopter flying over all night?
Diana: No. I slept right through it.
Eric: You're lucky. I couldn't sleep at all.
