Dear Jo, Hope this finds you in good or at least resonable health. We are a small peace group in the north-west of Scotland and from time to time we come together and write to Prisoners of conscience like yourself. We have no idea on the outside. What life Might be like inside.
I hope you have access to boaks ete and can keep fit as best you can.
Your family? Do you here any contact with them? Can they visit you?
I hope you have support and do not feel too alnoe. You are not alone.
We are having out U.K. General Election tomorrow so who knows what direction our country will be going in by Friday.
