Print Self Terms of Use

제1조(목적) 본 약관은 프린트 셀프 사업자(이하 ‘사업자’)와 프린트 셀프의 서비스를 이용하는 고객(이하 ‘고객’) 사이에 체결한 계약에 따른 권리와 의무에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the rights and obligations under the contract entered into between the Print Self business operator (hereinafter referred to as the “Business Operator”) and the customer using the Print Self service (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

제2조(프린트 셀프의 정의) 이 약관에서 “프린트 셀프”(이하 ‘사업장’)는 프린트 셀프, 셀프 프린트 등 그 명칭에 관계없이 사업자가 일정한 공간에 컴퓨터, 프린터 등 인쇄에 필요한 시설을 구비해놓고 고객이 현금 또는 카드 결제를 이용하여 요금을 지불하는 서비스 제공하는 장소를 말합니다.

Article 2 (Definition of Print Self) In these Terms and Conditions, “Print Self” (hereinafter referred to as “Business Place”), regardless of its name, such as Print Self or Self-Print, refers to a place where a business provides services by setting up facilities necessary for printing, such as computers and printers, in a certain space and allowing customers to pay fees using cash or card payments.

제3조(사업자의 의무)
① 사업자는 고객이 인쇄 서비스를 정상적으로 이용할 수 있도록 사무실 내 컴퓨터, 프린터 등의 기기 및 시설을 설치하여야 하고 이를 상시 점검하고 청결을 유지하는 등 선량한 관리자로서 의무를 다하여야 합니다.
② 사업자는 이 약관을 고객이 보기 쉬운 곳에 게시하여야 하며, 고객이 요구할 때에는 약관을 교부하여야 합니다.
③ 사업자는 이 약관의 게시와는 별도로 다음 각 호의 내용을 인쇄 서비스를 이용하는 고객 누구나 쉽게 확인할 수 있는 곳에 게시하여야 합니다.
1. 상호, 주소 및 사업자와 연락이 가능한 전화번호
2. 도난방지를 위한 CCTV 설치·운영 시 이를 알리는 안내문
3. 문서 인쇄, 복사, 스캔, 사진 인화 서비스의 이용 가격, 사용방법
4. 주요 유의사항(컴퓨터,프린터 관련 준수 사항 등)

Article 3 (Obligations of Business Operators)
① Business operators must install computers, printers, and other devices and facilities in the office so that customers can use the printing service normally, and must perform their duties as good managers by regularly checking and maintaining cleanliness.
② Business operators must post these terms and conditions in a place where customers can easily see them, and must provide customers with the terms and conditions when requested.
③ In addition to posting these terms and conditions, business operators must post the following information in a place where any customer using the printing service can easily check it.
1. Company name, address, and telephone number where the business can be contacted
2. Notice regarding the installation and operation of CCTV for theft prevention
3. Prices and usage methods for document printing, copying, scanning, and photo printing services
4. Key points to note (compliance matters related to computers and printers, etc.)

제4조(고객의 의무)
① 고객은 서비스 이용방법을 충분히 이해한 후 문서 인쇄, 복사, 스캔, 사진 인화를 진행하여야 합니다.

Article 4 (Customer Obligations)
① Customers must fully understand the service usage method before proceeding with document printing, copying, scanning, photo printing.

제5조(이용요금 등)
① 사업자는 문서 인쇄, 복사, 스캔, 사진 인화 이용요금을 고객 누구나 쉽게 알 수 있도록 잘 보이는 곳에 게시합니다.
② 고객은 현금 또는 카드를 이용하여 이용요금 등을 지불하며 사업자는 이용요금 등을 초과하는 잔액을 반환하여야 합니다.

Article 5 (Usage Fees, etc.)
① The business operator must post the fees for document printing, copying, scanning, photo printing in a conspicuous location so that all customers can easily see them.
② The customer shall pay the usage fees, etc. using cash or a card, and the business operator shall return the balance exceeding the usage fees, etc.

제6조(손해배상)
① 사업자가 사업장 내 기기 및 시설의 관리상 주의를 소홀히 하여 발생한 서비스 하자에 대하여는 이를 원상 회복하거나 제7조에 따른 손해배상을 하여야 합니다.
② 고객이 프린터의 이용방법을 숙지하지 못하였거나, 고객의 기기 사용 미숙으로 프린터에 하자가 발생한 경우 사업자는 손해배상 책임을 면합니다.
③ 고객의 과실로 사업장 내 기기 또는 시설에 하자가 발생하는 경우 고객은 그에 따른 손해배상을 하여야 합니다.

Article 6 (Compensation for Damages)
① If a service defect occurs due to the business operator’s negligence in managing equipment and facilities within the business premises, the business operator must restore the defect to its original condition or pay compensation for damages in accordance with Article 7.
② If a defect occurs in the printer due to the customer’s lack of knowledge of how to use the printer or due to the customer’s lack of skill in using the device, the business operator is exempt from liability for damages.
③ If a defect occurs in equipment or facilities within the business premises due to the customer’s negligence, the customer must pay compensation for the damages.

제7조(손해배상의 기준)
① 손해배상액의 산정 방식은󰡐프린터의 구입가격×배상비율󰡑로 하며, 배상비율은 「프린터 소비자 분쟁 해결기준」상의 배상 비율 표를 준용합니다. 이때 손해배상 대상 프린터의 품명, 구입가격, 구입일에 대한 정보는 고객이 입증합니다.
② 손해배상 대상 프린터 중 고객이 품명, 구입가격, 구입일 등을 입증하지 못하여 제1항에 따른 손해배상액의 산정이 불가능한 프린터 전부에 대해서는 고객이 서비스 이용 시 지불한 이용요금 총액의 20배 한도 내에서 협의하여 배상합니다.
③ 고객의 과실로 인하여 사업장 내 기기 또는 시설에 하자가 발생하는 경우 해당 기기 또는 시설의 가격, 사용 연한 등을 고려하여 손해배상액을 산정합니다.

Article 7 (Standards for Compensation)
① The method for calculating compensation is “printer purchase price × compensation ratio,” and the compensation ratio applies the compensation ratio table in the “Printer Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards.” In this case, the customer must prove the product name, purchase price, and purchase date of the printer subject to compensation.
② For all printers subject to compensation for which the customer cannot prove the product name, purchase price, purchase date, etc., and therefore the calculation of compensation according to Paragraph 1 is impossible, compensation will be paid through negotiation within the limit of 20 times the total usage fee paid by the customer when using the service.
③ If a defect occurs in equipment or facilities within the business premises due to the customer’s negligence, the compensation amount will be calculated by considering the price, usage period, etc. of the relevant equipment or facility.

제8조(이용요금의 환급) 사업자가 사업장 내 기기 및 시설의 관리상 주의를 소홀히 하여 프린터에 하자가 발생한 경우 사업자는 손해배상과는 별개로 고객이 지불한 이용요금 전부를 환급합니다.

Article 8 (Refund of usage fees) If a defect occurs in a printer due to the business operator's negligence in managing equipment and facilities within the business premises, the business operator shall refund the entire usage fee paid by the customer, separately from any compensation for damages.

제9조(약관의 해석 등) 본 약관에서 규정하지 않은 사항 또는 본 약관의 해석에 관하여 다툼이 있는 경우에는 사업자와 고객이 합의하여 해결하되, 합의가 이루어지지 않은 경우에는 관계법령 및 거래 관행에 따릅니다.

Article 9 (Interpretation of Terms and Conditions, etc.) In the event of a dispute regarding matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions or the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the business operator and customer shall resolve the matter through agreement. However, if no agreement is reached, the relevant laws and trade practices shall apply.

제10조(관할법원) 본 계약과 관련된 분쟁에 관한 소송은 민사소송법상의 관할법원에 제기합니다.

Article 10 (Jurisdiction) Any lawsuit regarding disputes related to this contract shall be filed with the court of jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
