A vote the petty cash of $200.00 for Pastor

With the arrival of our local bookkeeper it is now time to act. I will like to put to a vote the petty cash of $200.00 for our Pastor to be Issue by the bookkeeper and replenish by the bookkeeper upon receiving receipts totalling the amount. This will eliminate the pastor having to use his personal credit card to expense church related expenses. Kindly text me your vote to pass for this measure "YES" for and "NO" again. Voting Result; Out of six (6) votes text, five (5) are for the measure and one (1) suggested to increase the amount. The measure is passed.
