[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 잠언 19장 1. 가난해도 순전함 가운데 걷는 자는 입술이 비뚤어지고 어리석은 자보다 나으니라.Better [is] the poor that walketh in his integrity, than [he that is] perverse in his lips, and is a fool.2. 또한 혼에게 지식이 없으면 그것은 선하지 아니하며 발이 급한 사람은 죄를 짓느니라.Also, [that] the soul [be] without knowledge, [it is] not good; and he that hasteth with [his] feet sinneth.3. 사람의 어리석음이 그의 길을 굽게 하고는 그의 마음이 {주}를 향해 안달하느니라.The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the LORD.4. 재물은 많은 친구를 만드나 가난한 자는 자기 이웃으로부터 격리되느니라.Wealth maketh many friends; but the poor is separated from his neighbour.5. 거짓 증인은 벌을 면하지 못하며 거짓말하는 자는 피하지 못하리라.A false witness shall not be unpunished, and [he that] speaketh lies shall not escape. 6. 많은 사람이 통치자의 은총을 간청할 것이요, 선물을 주는 자에게는 모든 사람이 친구가    되느니라.Many will intreat the favour of the prince: and every man [is] a friend to him that giveth gifts. 7. 가난한 자는 그의 형제들도 다 미워하거늘 하물며 그의 친구들이야 얼마나 더 그를 멀리    하겠느냐? 그가 많은 말로 그들을 따라갈지라도 그들이 그에게서 떠나가느니라.All the brethren of the poor do hate him: how much more do his friends go far from him? he pursueth [them with] words, [yet] they [are] wanting [to him].8. 지혜를 얻는 자는 자기 혼을 사랑하나니 명철을 지키는 자는 좋은 것을 얻으리라.He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good. 9. 거짓 증인은 벌을 면하지 못할 것이요, 거짓말하는 자는 망하리라.A false witness shall not be unpunished, and [he that] speaketh lies shall perish.10. 즐거움이 어리석은 자에게 어울리지 아니하며 종이 통치자들을 다스리는 것은 훨씬      더 어울리지 아니하느니라.Delight is not seemly for a fool; much less for a servant to have rule over princes.11. 사람의 신중함이 그의 분노를 늦추며 범법을 간과하는 것이 그의 영광이니라.The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and [it is] his glory to pass over a transgression. 12. 왕의 진노는 사자의 울부짖음 같거니와 그의 은총은 풀 위의 이슬 같으니라.The kings wrath [is] as the roaring of a lion; but his favour [is] as dew upon the grass.13. 어리석은 아들은 그의 아버지의 재앙이요, 아내의 말다툼은 계속해서 떨어지는     물방울이니라.A foolish son [is] the calamity of his father: and the contentions of a wife [are] a continual dropping.14. 집과 재물은 조상들에게서 상속받거니와 분별 있는 아내는 {주}로부터 오느니라.House and riches [are] the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife [is] from the LORD.15. 게으름은 깊은 잠에 빠지게 하나니 빈둥거리는 혼은 굶주림을 당하리로다.Slothfulness casteth into a deep sleep; and an idle soul shall suffer hunger.16. 명령들을 지키는 자는 자기 혼을 지키거니와 그분의 길들을 멸시하는 자는 죽으리라.He that keepeth the commandment keepeth his own soul; [but] he that despiseth his ways shall die.17. 가난한 자를 불쌍히 여기는 자는 {주}께 빌려 드리나니 그가 베푼 것을 그분께서      그에게 다시 갚아 주시리라.He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again. 18. 소망이 있을 동안에 네 아들을 징계하되 그가 운다고 네 혼이 아끼지 말지니라.Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying. 19. 크게 진노하는 자는 벌을 받으리니 네가 그를 건질지라도 반드시 또 그 일을 해야      하느니라.A man of great wrath shall suffer punishment: for if thou deliver [him], yet thou must do it again. 20. 권고를 들으며 훈계를 받으라. 그리하면 네가 나중에 지혜롭게 되리라.Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.21. 사람의 마음에 많은 계획이 있을지라도 오직 {주}의 뜻 그것만이 서리라.[There are] many devices in a mans heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.22. 사람에게서 바랄 바는 그의 친절함이니 가난한 자가 거짓말쟁이보다 나으니라.The desire of a man [is] his kindness: and a poor man [is] better than a liar.23. {주}를 두려워함이 생명에 이르게 하나니 그것을 지닌 자는 흡족히 지내고 재앙으로     징벌을 받지 아니하리라.The fear of the LORD [tendeth] to life: and [he that hath it] shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.24. 게으른 자는 자기 손을 품에 감추고 그것을 다시 자기 입으로 가져가려 하지도      아니하느니라.A slothful [man] hideth his hand in [his] bosom, and will not so much as bring it to his mouth again.25. 비웃는 자를 때리라. 그리하면 단순한 자도 주의하리라. 명철이 있는 자를 책망하라.      그리하면 그가 지식을 깨달으리라.Smite a scorner, and the simple will beware: and reprove one that hath understanding, [and] he will understand knowledge. 26. 자기 아버지를 폐물로 만들고 자기 어머니를 쫓아내는 자는 수치를 끼치며 치욕을     가져오는 아들이니라.He that wasteth [his] father, [and] chaseth away [his] mother, [is] a son that causeth shame, and bringeth reproach.27. 내 아들아, 지식의 말씀들에서 벗어나 잘못하게 하는 훈계 듣기를 그칠지어다.Cease, my son, to hear the instruction [that causeth] to err from the words of knowledge.28. 경건치 아니한 증인은 공의를 비웃고 사악한 자의 입은 불법을 삼키느니라.An ungodly witness scorneth judgment: and the mouth of the wicked devoureth iniquity. 29. 심판은 비웃는 자를 위해 예비되어 있으며 채찍은 어리석은 자의 등을 위해 예비되어      있느니라.Judgments are prepared for scorners, and stripes for the back of fools.
