序(서)는 만물을 구제하는 道(도)에 순서가 없어서는 안됨이다.

  Seo(序,서) means that there must be a proper order or sequence

  in the Way(道,도) of saving all creation.  

구제는 형세를 살펴서 베풀어야 하며 적절한지를 살펴 결정하되 
다시금 계산하는 일이 없어야 하니 이는 어금니가 있고 빰이 있는 것과 같다.

  Salvation must be dispensed by carefully examining the circumatsnces,

  and decided by assessing what is appropriate; there should be no need for recalculation,

  which is like having molars and having cheeks.

序는 濟物之道 非無次序也라 (서는 제물지도 비무차서야라) 

 Order(序,서) means that the way of saving all creation is not without a proper sequence.

審勢而施하며 量宜而決하여 (실세이시하며 양의이결하여)

  Dispense[aid] by closely examining the circumstances,

  and decide by assessing what is aappropriate,

無再算하니 如有牙有頰라 (무재산하니 여유아유협라.)

  so that there is no need for a second calculation;

   this is like having molars and having cheeks(i.e., a perfectly natural, interdependent, 

   and complete match).
