[Detention centre] 디텐션 센터 안에서 기도모임을 시작 하고 모슬렘에서 개종한 사람들을 돕고 있습니다.

지난 목요일 어김 없이 디텐션센터(난민 수용소)를 방문 했습니다. 참석자: 이금정, Charles, Karen Good news디텐션 센터안에서 우리 양육에 참여 했던 사람들을 중심으로 기도모임이 시작 되었습니다. 한 방에 다 같이 모여서 하나님을 찬양하고 기도 합니다. 서로를 위해서 축복하고 특별히 최근 모슬렘에서 개종한 A과 R이 모임에 참여합니다. 이 둘을 위해 예수님 영화도 보여 주고 축복 기도도 해주며 서로 돕고 있습니다.  SOO 는 담당 변호사가 정해 지는 기도 응답을 받았습니다. 국가를 상대로 소송하는데 변호사가 없었습니다. 그래서 하나님께 기도 했고 4일 전에 국선변호사로 부터 연락을 받았습니다.  정말 기쁘고 놀라웠다고 나누었습니다.  WOO 는 난민비자를 받는 기도 응답을 받았습니다. 몇주 안에 디텐션센터에서 나올 수 있게 되었고 우리 교회에도 참석 할 수 있게 되었습니다. 카메론에서 왔고 어릴적부터 교회에서 자라서 말씀을 정확히 기억 하고 훈련이 잘 되었습니다.  Good news:SOO received prayer answer regarding his lawyer. Initially he had no lawyer representing him for his case. So he prayed to God. And just 4 days ago, he received a call from a lawyer and said that he will represent him for the case. He was really excited when he was sharing this with us.  WOO received prayer answer as well, he has won his case, and has obtained refugee visa status. So in couple of weeks time, he will be released from detention centre.  Right now in detention centre, the souls we have visited are joining together to organise their own time of worship. They would gather in one room and worship together, pray together and strengthen each others. It helped young believers like A and R to solidify their faith in God and in prayer. NFA2(Charles)MOOHe was most impacted by the offspring problem. Because he was really scared about his children going to suffer from many problems, since he had this experience. However, as he read out the bible verse Exodus 20:6, he was touched by the word of God. Those who loves God, God’s blessing will be upon them for 1000 generations. It gave him peace, and no longer worried about his offsprings. He is not sleeping well, and does not look happy. But he kept on saying ‘AMEN’ with affirmation as we preach the message and the salvation through Jesus.  ROOHis family right now are all atheists except for him. He was converted from Muslim to Christian by S (when they met in detention centre). Through today’s message, R was impacted the most by the ‘Spiritual problem’. He shared everyone in here needs to hear this message. There are people bowing down to many gods in this place. People even bow down to the Sun. He said, ‘So I ask in my heart, do their gods answer them? their gods are mortals, one day, their gods will also die, then who they will turn to? They all need to heart the message about Jesus.’ This week, he wants to pray for better sleep at night, and also the gospelisation of detention centre.  Gospel 2 (by Karen)WOOHe would like to experience Holy Spirit to guide his words and actions. He shared just as Holy Spirit is a comforter, a teacher and councillor. So he would like to experience how Holy Spirit is guiding and comforting him through the word of God.  SOOHe was a bible teacher back in Egypt, through the message he confirmed that he knows it all. And this week he wants to pray for his family in more detail. His family in Egypt consists of 4 children and his wife, right now does not have a guardian redeemer to take care of them. So he wants to pray for their protection and finance. And specifically he wants to pray for a church to stretch out its hand to help the family’s situation. SOOHe was quite sad today due to the decision made by the department of immigration to deport him back to his country. He shared he cannot go back as he is a Christian converted from Islamic faith. It will inflect great danger upon him. Through the message today, he was comforted and also had a change of expression‎ as well. However, we were not able to receive a feedback from him as he had to join another group right after the message sharing.  AOO He shared he cannot sleep well because he kept on thinking about his problems. He will have a 2nd hearing on the 2nd of August. He was able to understand the message, and confesses that God is someone who we cannot see but through belief in faith, we can know God. He would like to pray for better sleep as well.
