For almost twenty years, Gianni Versace grew his sensual and stylish empire on a foundation of true luxury. His label drew in some of the hottest supermodels of his time, who became recurring stars on his catwalks. From Naomi Campbell to Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Linda Evangelista, and a young Kate Moss, we’re going behind the scenes of his famous shows that defined the 90’s, before his untimely death on this day in July 1997.
