What's the Meaning of Black Coating ( Mosses ) on the Tongue?

I write this case in brief because it should be too long if I explain it in detail.

Growth of mosses on the tongue
When moss is in budding, it looks white.
When growing, it looks green.
When near to maximum growth, it looks yellowish.
When begining to fade, it looks brown.
When fading, it looks dark brown.
When begining to fall, it looks black.

The pathology is same process as the above.
If the mosses on the tongue are black, the life remains a little or little to last.
        
Actually black coating on the tongue appears at the last stage of cancer, cerebral
stroke and other internal disorders.

Though sometimes examination report says nothing wrong in spite of black coating,
but black coating says the death is near if immediate treatment is not perferomed.
It means inside organs have already rotten though their frame keeps still in original
type.

For my short commanding english, I am sorry that I can't explain its pathology in
detail. I believe the case will show the changes to you as belows.

1. Personal Information (046090)

Appearance : Slim, darkish face and thin voice

2. Chief Complaints
Accodring her statements, in 6 moths ago the tongue was coated with dark brown
and recently, since at least two monthes ago, coated with black as in below picture.

She went to big hospital and was diagnosed as Sjogren's syndrome with steroids.
She had to spend about  two months with taking steroids and antiphlogistics but
no valid at all.
She knew this symptom as Sjogren's syndrome and sought for Harabi clinic.

I said to her. "Ok, its symptom has a part of Sjogren's syndrome but not limit to
Sjogren syndrome, the symptoms of black coating is more serious than you
have heard from the docotors of western medicine. It will take at least 6 months
and I am not sure how much the black coating will disappear."

3. Other Symptoms and Signs
Bad body odor
Low, thin, feeble voice
Scratch marks

Pulse : Stressed, strong and narrow
Tongue : Below pictures
Abdomen : Stiffened on the upper and a little pain.
                 right CVA a little pain

4. Diagnosis
Liver weak
Heart small but strong
Lung weak

5. Pathology
1) Mosses of the tongue means lots of humidity.

2) Black coating means the humidity has made very long time ago and the humidity
by itself making 2nd and 3rd pathological process near to death.

3) Though the examination report says nothing wrong with her, but the black coating
( not by itself, but by the body condition sending a sign as black coating) can drive
her in sudden emergency.

4) This symptoms is not Sjogren syndrome. There is no suitable diagnosis name
in the western medicine. I name it hereby as " Black coating syndrome"

6. Prescriptions
To get rid of humidity is the most important.

Maybe her pathological changes in reverse from down to up.

A comparison after and before

The change was done for three months.
However, thick and white coating remain still on the tongue. It will require further
three months.
Anyway she passed critical point and now she is in safe.

8. Epilogue
I am sure that she is out of cancer on upper abdomen organs because I can
guess that her inside organs was being rotten.
She lately confessed her agony that has lasted for very long time and the
physical change due to her agony was appearing on the upper abdomen.

Anyway she passed critical point but is still in cautious area.
