- 영한 : 더 못 참겠어. 그게 마지막이야. 그건 너무 지나치다!, 뭔가 손을 써야겠다, 지금까지 참을 만큼 참았다

※the last straw : (하중에 견디지 못하게 되는) 마지막의 한가닥 무게, 최후의 결정타(더 이상 견딜 수 없는 한계)

에린: 알았어요. 엄마 맘대로 하세요. 그런데 엄마도 못 줄 걸요.


[기억할만한 표현]
▶give (something) away: (팔 지 않고) 그냥 주다. (또는 give away something).
“You gave away a lot of his old clothes today.” 
(너 오늘 그 사람이 입던 옷을 사람들에게 많이 줬네.)

▶no way: 절대 안 돼!
That’s no way to speak to your mother!
엄마께 그런 식으로 말하는 거 아냐!

▶have it your way: 네 맘대로 해.
“If it will make you happy, have it your way.” 
(그렇게 해야 만족한다면 네 맘대로 해.)
