딸을 발로 차서 넘어 뜨리게 한 아버지

상기의 사진은 브라질에서 발생한 사건으로 한 아버지가 장을 보고 아들과 딸을 데리고 가면서 아버지가 딸을 발로 차 땅바닥에 넘어뜨리는 장면인데 이 사진으로 미국 사회를 부글부글 끓게 만들고 있다.

장면을 목격한 한 남자가 다가와 뭐리고 하면서 대드는 잠면도 있고 댓글에 당장 떼어놓아아 한다가 빗발치고 있다.
운좋게 세살짜리가 엉덩방아를 찧고 주저앉아 다행이었지 그대로 머리가 땅에 닿았더라면 생명까지도 앗아갈뻔한 끔직한 것이었다.

허나 우리가 한숨을 길게 내쉬고 감정을 뺀다음 깊게 생각을 하게 되는 소이가 있다고 본다.

물론
자식들에 대한 부모의 폭행은 사회가 마땅히 막아야 한다. 그리고 막아주는 데서 끝내줘야 하지 사회가 그들을 분리해서는 안된다고 본다.

그것은 사회는 사람을 키워내는 인간원(동물원과 비교)이 아니고 그리고 그렇게 될 수도 없는 것이다.

혈연관계란 법이정하고 법이 관리하는 영역이 아니고 자연(하늘)이 정한 것이고 그래서 자연에 맡겨져야 하기 때문이다.

브라질에서 한 아버지가 발로 차서 딸이 넘어지는,

사회란, "자연으로 돌아가라 "고 말한 프랑스의 룻소에 의하면 사회인들의 의지에 의한 약속이긴 하나 그 약속은 공동의 이익을 얻기 위한 것이지 천부적인 개인의 영역에 뛰어 들어가 이래라 저래라는 할 수 없다고 본다.
상기의 폭행사건에 있어서도 공공의 장소에서 행해진 것 그리고 부모라 히지만 상해가 입혀질 수 있는, 다시 하여 spanking을 벗어난 과격한 폭행 훈육은 규제되는 게 마땅하다. 허나 거기 까지다. 그것을 벗어나서는 안되는 것이다.
