2. 전도자의 자세

4) 노상전도시 취해야 할 태도 - 4

그다음에는 남자들, 남자들, 남자들….(웃음) 남자들은 말이예요, 걸을 때는 자세가 발라야 된다구요. 자세가 발라야 된다구요. 이러고 이러고…. (행동하심. 웃음) 남자들은 키가 크기 때문에 그렇게 걷는 사람들이 많다구요. 남자들은 크기 때문에 이렇게 걷는 거예요. (웃음) 키가 크더라도 자세는 똑바로 해야 된다구요. 

여러분 걷는 것을 보게 되면…. 걷는 것도 바르게 걸어야 돼요. 그 사람이 걷는 것을 보면 다 알 수 있다구요. 바로 걸어야 돼요. 여러분이 거리에 나가 걷는 것을 보라구요. 어떤 사람은 이렇게…. (행동하심) 그렇게 걷는 사람들이 참 많다구요. 될 수 있으면 여기서 여기까지 똑바르게 해 가지고 걷는 것을 연습해야 돼요. 

여러분들이 자기 자신을 생각해 보면 내가 걸을 때 어떻게 걷는지 지금 모를 거라구요. 어떻게 걷는지 모르지요? 그건 벌써 틀린 거라구요. 자세가 반드시 발라야 된다구요. 신발이 이렇게 올라오게 걸으면 안 되는 거예요, 이렇게. 너무 이렇게 걸어도 안 되고, 너무 이렇게 걸어도 안 돼요, 어떤 사람은 이렇게 걸어요, 이렇게. (행동하심) 

그리고 될 수 있는 대로 남자들도 궁둥이를 이렇게 흔들지 말라구요. 어깨도 젖는 게 아니예요. 복싱하는 사람들을 보면 자세가 바르지 않으면 안 돼요. 그건 어떤 관이 흔들리면 안 된다는 말이라구요. 똑바라야 됩니다. 꼭 그래야 된다는 거예요.

또한, 신발을 벗어 가지고 언제나 뒤축을 조사하라는 거라구요. 어떤 사람은 이렇게, 이렇게 닳은 사람, 여기만 닳은 사람, 그거 안 됩니다. 선생님은 그렇지 않다구요. 척 신만 뒤집어 보면 그 사람을 알 수 있다는 거예요. 신사 되기가 쉽지 않다구요. 그것을 알아야 된다구요. 머리도 그래요. 

또, 언제든지 옷을 입을 때, 옷의 단추가 몇 개인가를 알아야 된다는 거예요. 사람을 척 보게 되면 대번에 보인다는 거예요. 단추를 척 봐서 벌써 이것이 둘이라면 이 사람은 낙제감이라구요.

여편네가 자기에 대한 관심이 없는 사람이면 착실한 남편이 못 되고, 그렇지 않으면 그 사람 자신이 그런 면에 정리가 안 되어 있다는 거예요. 그렇기 때문에 자기 자신을 언제든지 생각해야 돼요. 자기 자신이 그렇게 되어야 되는 거예요. 그것은 자기 자신이 그렇다는 것을 말하는 거예요. 

그리고 저고리의 단추는 될 수 있으면 하나만 채워요. 전부 다 이러고 다니지 말고 말이예요. 단정하게 해야 돼요. 더구나 여기에 주의해야 된다는 거예요. 남자들은 사실 반드시 나갈 때는 쓱 이렇게 한번 보라는 거예요. 습관을 그렇게 들이라구요.

더욱이 남자들은 넥타이…. 나도 지금 왔다 갔다하니 모르겠구만. 넥타이는 언제든지 똑바라야 된다구요. 그래서 선생님은 핀을 쓴다구요, 핀을. 그러면 절대 이것이 이렇게 되지 않아요. 어떤 사람은 이렇게…. (행동하심. 웃음) 이것을 언제든지 주의해야 된다구요. 그렇기 때문에 이것을 딱 괜찮게끔 하고 나가라는 거예요. (박수) 그리고 옷의 색깔과 넥타이의 색깔이 언제든지 맞아야 된다구요. 잘 맞춰야 된다구요. 이게 힘들다구요. (86-265) 

또, 될 수 있으면 남자들은 머리를 잘 깎으라구요, 남자들 손을 보게 되면 여기에 때가 들어가 있으면 절대 안 된다는 거예요. 전단지 같은 것을 줄 때도 여기에 때가 들어가 있으면 절대 실례라는 거예요. 

대개 남자들 보게 되면 뒷 자세가 이렇게 단정해야 됩니다, 앞보다도. 앞을 누가 보나요? 전부 다 뒤를 보는 거예요. 더욱이 검정 옷을 입었을 때는, 대개 머리를 긁으면 비듬이 떨어진다구요. 비듬이 있어요. 이것이 반드시 떨어진다구요. 그렇기 때문에 그럴 때는 언제든지 털라는 거예요. 그것을 반드시 생각하라는 거예요. 

여러분들이 자기 자신의 얼굴을 볼 때에 '이만했으면 됐다.' 하는 자세를 가지고 나가 활동해야 되겠다구요. 알겠어요? 「예」 남자들은 매일같이 나가 다니기 때문에 그런 면에는 상당히 관심을 가지리라고 보고 있다구요. 더욱이 총각들은 말이예요. (86-267)

4) 路上伝道のときに取らなければならない態度 - 4

その次は男性、男性、男性……。（笑い）男性はねえ、歩く時姿勢がきちんとしてなくてはなりません。姿勢が、こうして、こうして。（行動される、笑い） 男性は背が高いので、そうやって歩く人たちが多いのです。男性は大きいのでこうやって歩くのです。（笑い） 背が高くても、ビシッとしなければなりません。

皆さんは、歩くのもピシッと歩かなければいけません。その人が歩くのを見れば、みんな分かるのです。ピシッと歩かなくてはいけないのです。皆さんが、街に出て歩く姿を見なさい。ある人はこうやって……（行動される）。こうやって歩く人がとても多いのです。できれば、ここからここまで、まっすぐにして歩く練習をしなければいけません。

皆さんが、自分自身を考えてみれば、私が歩くときどうやって歩くのかが、今は分からないでしょう。どうやって歩くのか分からないでしょう？　それは、既に間違ったことなのです。姿勢は必ず、まっすぐでなくてはなりません。靴が、こうやって上がってくるように歩いてはいけないのです。あまりこんなふうに歩いてもいけなく、あまりこんなふうに歩いてもいけません。ある人は、こう歩きます。こうやって（行動される）。

そして、できるだけ男性も、お尻をこうやって振るなというのです。肩もすくめてはいけません。ボクシングする人を見れば、姿勢がまっすぐでなければいけません。それは、どんな観が揺らいだらいけないというのですか。まっすぐでなければいけないのです。

必ず、そうでなければいけないのです。また、靴を脱いで、いつも後ろ側を調べなさいというのです。ある人はこうやって、こうやって擦れて減っている人。ここだけ擦れている人。それではいけません。先生は、そうではないのです。さっと、靴をひっくり返してみると、その人が分かるのです。紳士になるのは楽ではありません。それを知らなくてはいけません。頭もそうです。

またいつでも、服を着るとき、服のボタンがいくつか知らなければいけません。人を見れば、すぐ見えるというのです。ボタンをふっと見て、既にこれが二つなら、その人は落第なのです。奥さんが、自分についての関心がない人なら、着実なだんなさんでなく、そうでなければ、その人自身が、そういった面の整理がなされていないということなのです。ゆえに、自分自身をいつも考えなければいけません。自分自身がそうならなければならないのです。それは、自分自身がそうだということをいうのです。

そして、上着のボタンはできれば一つだけはめなさい。全部はめないで、端正にしないといけません。なおまた、そこに注意しないといけないのです。男性は、実は、必ず外に出る時には、さっと一度こうやってみよというのです。習慣をそうやってつけるのです。

さらに男性はネクタイ……。私も、今行ったり来たりするので、分かりませんが、ネクタイは、いつでもまっすぐでなくてはなりません。ですから、先生はピンを使うのです。そうすれば絶対、こういうふうにはなりません。ある人はこうやって……（行動される、笑い） これをいつでも、注意しないといけないのです。

ゆえに、これをきちんとして行けというのです。（拍手） そして、服の色とネクタイの色が、いつでも合わなければなりません。きちんと合わなければならないのです。これが大変なのです。（八六―二六五）

また、できれば男性は、髪をよく切って整えよというのです。男性たちは、手を見ると、ここにあかがたまっていては、絶対いけないのです。ビラのようなものを配る時も、ここにあかがついていては絶対、失礼です。

大体男性を見ると、後ろ姿が、どう端正でないといけないのですか。前を見ても、前を誰が見ますか？　みな後ろを見るのです。さらに、黒い服を着た時には、頭をかくと、ふけが落ちるのです。ふけがあります。これが必ず落ちるのです。ゆえに、そういう時はいつでも払えというのです。それを必ず考えよというのです。

皆さんが、自分自身の顔を見る時に、「このくらいだったらいい」という姿勢で、出ていって行動しなければなりません。分かりますか。男性は毎日出て歩くので、そういった面では相当、関心をもつだろうと見ているのです。特に独り者の男性はです。（八六―二六七）

4) The Attitude You Should Have While Witnessing on the Road - 4

Next men, men, men . . . (Laughter.) When a man walks, his posture must be upright. Your posture must be firm and straight. Like this and like that . . . (Shows with gestures. Laughter.) Because men are taller, there are quite a few who walk like that. Because men are big they walk like this. (Laughter.)

Even if you are tall, you should be walking with correct posture.
When I look at how you walk . . . Even walking itself must be done properly. You can know everything from the way one walks. You must walk in the correct manner. All of you go out to the street and see how people walk. Some walk like this . . . (Demonstrates with gestures) There are many who walk like that. As much as possible, you should try to keep straight from here to there and then practice walking.

Most of you are probably not aware of exactly how you walk. Do you know how you walk? It is already not correct. Your posture must be in straight order. Your shoes should not come up this far when you are walking.

Like this, but it should not be too much like that either, and it should not be too much like this either. Some people walk like this, like this. (Demonstrates)

Furthermore, as much as possible men should not shake your hips like this. Your shoulders should not move around like that either. It is important for boxers to maintain proper posture.

They must not be out of balance. You must be standing straight and erect. It must be like that. Also, you should take off your shoes and check your outer back sole. You will find that for some people, only this part is worn out, and for others, it might be worn out this way, or that way.

This is not so ideal. I am not like that. You can find out many things about the person just by flipping over and seeing the outer sole of his shoes. It is not so easy to become a gentleman. You must understand this. The same thing holds true for hair.

Moreover, whenever you put your clothes on, you should count how many buttons there are. It is very easy for someone to notice missing buttons when they look at you. When they see the buttons and notice that there are two of these, you have failed to meet the standard.

If your wife does not pay attention to you, then it is hard for you, the husband, to be steadfast; and if that was not the case, then you must not be heeding to this. Therefore, you should always reflect on yourself. You have to be like that. This means that you yourself are like that.

Moreover, as much as possible, close only one button on the jacket. Do not close them all like this. You must look neat. You have to pay special attention to this. . When you men are going out, quickly examine your attire like this. This must become your habit. Especially, neck ties on men . . . I am not also aware of it because I am moving around a lot. Your ties must always be straight.

For this reason I use a pin. If you use a pin, it will never become like that. Some people wear it like this . . . (Demonstrates. Laughter.) You must always be attentive to this point. So, you should first secure the tie in the right place before you go out. (Clapping) Also, you must match the colors of the tie and the suit. You have to match it well. This is pretty difficult. Moreover, as much as possible, you must trim your hair neat. As for men's hands, here must be kept clean. When you are giving out pamphlets, for example, it is a bad etiquette to have dirt built up here on your hands.

When one looks at the back posture of men, it must be firm like this, even more than the front posture. Who looks at your front? All people, however, look at your back. When you are wearing black clothes, if you scratch your head, you will have dandruff dropping all over your back. You have dandruff. It will certainly fall on your back. Therefore, you should always shake them off. You must always be concerned about that.

You should carry on your activities with a facial appearance about which you can proudly say as you examine it before you go out, "This is good enough." Do you understand?
