욥기4장 말씀입니다.

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 욥기4장1. 그때에 데만 사람 엘리바스가 응답하여 이르되,Then Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said,2. 우리가 너와 대화하려 한다면 네가 근심하겠느냐? 그러나 누가 참고 말을 하지 아니하겠느냐?[If] we assay to commune with thee, wilt thou be grieved? but who can withhold himself from speaking? 3. 보라, 전에 네가 많은 사람들을 가르치고 연약한 손들을 강하게 하며Behold, thou hast instructed many, and thou hast strengthened the weak hands.4. 넘어지는 자를 네 말로 붙들어 주고 연약한 무릎들을 강하게 하였으나Thy words have upholden him that was falling, and thou hast strengthened the feeble knees.5. 이제 그것이 네게 닥치니 네가 힘을 잃고 그것이 너를 건드리니 네가 괴로워하는도다.But now it is come upon thee, and thou faintest; it toucheth thee, and thou art troubled.6. 이것이 네가 두려워하는 바요, 확신하는 바요, 바라는 바요, 또 너의 곧바른 길들이 아니냐?[Is] not [this] thy fear, thy confidence, thy hope, and the uprightness of thy ways?7. 원하건대 기억하라. 누가 죄 없이 멸망하였느냐? 의로운 자가 끊어지는 곳이 어디냐?Remember, I pray thee, who [ever] perished, being innocent? or where were the righteous cut off?8. 내가 보았거니와 불법을 심고 악을 뿌리는 자들은 바로 그것을 거두나니Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.9. 그들은 [하나님]의 거센 바람에 의해 멸망하고 그분의 콧구멍의 숨에 의해 소멸되느니라.By the blast of God they perish, and by the breath of his nostrils are they consumed. 10. 사자의 울부짖음과 사나운 사자의 소리가 그치고 젊은 사자들의 이빨이 부러지며The roaring of the lion, and the voice of the fierce lion, and the teeth of the young lions, are broken.11. 늙은 사자는 먹이가 없어 죽어가고 강인한 사자의 새끼들은 널리 흩어지느니라.The old lion perisheth for lack of prey, and the stout lions whelps are scattered abroad.12. 이제 어떤 일이 내게 은밀히 이르렀고 내 귀가 거기서 조금 들었느니라.Now a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear received a little thereof. 13. 사람들이 깊이 잠들 즈음에 그 밤에 본 환상들로 인하여 생각이 번거로울 때에In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men,14. 두려움과 떨림이 내게 임하여 내 모든 뼈가 흔들렸느니라.Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake. 15. 그때에 내 얼굴 앞으로 한 영이 지나가므로 내 몸의 털이 곤두섰느니라.Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up:16. 그 영이 가만히 서 있었으되 나는 그 형체를 분간하지 못하였느니라. 한 형상이 내 눈앞에 있었고 거기에 고요함이      있었으며 내가 한 음성을 들었는데 이르기를,It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image [was] before mine eyes, [there was] silence, and I heard a voice, [saying], 17. 죽을 수밖에 없는 사람이 [하나님]보다 더 의롭겠느냐? 사람이 자기를 만드신 분보다 더 깨끗하겠느냐?Shall mortal man be more just than God? shall a man be more pure than his maker?18. 보라, 그분은 자신의 종들을 신뢰하지 아니하시며 자신의 천사들을 어리석음으로 인해 꾸짖으시거늘Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly: 19. 하물며 흙집에 거하며 티끌 안에 자기 기초를 두고 좀 앞에서 무너질 자들이겠느냐?How much less [in] them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation [is] in the dust, [which] are crushed before the moth?20. 그들은 아침과 저녁 사이에 멸망하며 영원히 사라지되 그것을 거들떠보는 자가 없느니라.They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for ever without any regarding [it]. 21. 그들 안에 있는 그들의 뛰어난 것이 떠나가지 아니하느냐? 그들은 심지어 지혜도 없이 죽느니라, 하였느니라.Doth not their excellency [which is] in them go away? they die, even without wisdom.
