* 학제개편과 대학의 완전 개방을 촉구한다

드디어 AI Agent 시대에 돌입했다.Teacher, Professor 가 교육을 하는 시대는 이미 지나가고 있다. AI Agent 가 모르는 것을 가르쳐주고 시키는데로 다 해준다. 알고 싶은 내용, 연구를 위한 자료 수집과 정리를 상상을 초월하는 사람이 대신해 줄 수 없는 깊이와 분량, 그리고 질적으로 우수한 것들을  AI 도움이가 다해 준다. 이러한 세상에 선생님이란 지도자가 확일적으로 지도하고 인도하고 가르치는 현재의 학제는 아무 쓸모가 없게 되어 가고 있다.
모든 교육 체계가 새로워 저야 한다. 대 혁명이 일어 나야 한다. 르네쌍스가 일어 나야 한다.  개인의 소질과 선택에 따른 완전한 자기주도적 자기개발을 중심에 두기 위해서는 기존 학제와 대학의 틀을 근본적으로 개혁해야 한다.


정부와 교육관계자, 그리고 모든 학원에 강력히 촉구합니다.
지금 당장 준비하시요, 늦어지면 학원 붕괴가 일어나요.



1. 학제의 전면적 개편: 고정된 연한과 칸막이의 철폐

유연한 연한제 도입: 

나이에 따라 일괄적으로 진급하는 학년·학기제를 폐지하고, 개인의 학습 속도와 성취도에 따라 과정을 이수하는 무학년·학점 누적형 제제로 전환합니다.

진로 중심의 교육과정 재편: 

초·중등 교육 단계부터 입시 위주의 암기 교육을 거두어내고, 학생 스스로 자신의 적성과 흥미를 발견할 수 있는 다양한 탐색 프로그램과 프로젝트 중심 학습을 보장합니다.


2. 대학의 완전 개방과 문호 개방

입시 제도의 폐지 및 누구나 접근 가능한 고등교육: 

대학 입학 자격을 제한하는 획일적인 입시 선발 제도를 폐지하고, 배우고자 하는 열정과 의지만 있다면 누구나 자기가 필요로 하고 원하는 대학과 전공에 접근할 수 있도록 문호를 완전히 개방해야 합니다. 유명대학을 가는 것이 아니라 유명 교수를 따라가는 기풍이 조성되어야 합니다.


대학을 평생 교육 플랫폼으로의 전환: 

대학을 '젊은 시절에 스펙을 쌓기 위해 잠시 거쳐 가는 곳'이 아니라, 인생의 어느 시기에서나 필요할 때 언제든 드나들며 새로운 지식을 습득하고 소질을 개발할 수 있는 평생 오픈 캠퍼스로 재구조화 해야 합니다.


3. 자기주도적 자기개발 중심의 인프라 구축

국가적 맞춤형 멘토링 체계: 

지식 전달자 중심의 교실에서 벗어나, 학생 개개인이 자신의 진로와 학습 경로를 주도적으로 설계할 수 있도록 돕는 전문 진로·학습 컨설턴트(멘토) 시스템을 구축합니다.

자기주도 학습 이력 관리: 

학교나 학위가 중심이 되는 사회가 아니라, 개인이 스스로 무엇을 탐구하고 성취했는지를 증명하는 실질적인 역량 중심의 포트폴리오 평가 체계를 정착시킵니다.


4. 대학이 교육의 공급자 중심에서 수요자(학습자) 중심으로의 전환
     (가르치는 것으로 끝나는 것이 아니라, 학습자의 요구에 맞게 지식과 능력을 키워주는 실질적 역할자로 전환해야)

Voucher형 학습권 도입: 

국가가 학교를 일방적으로 지원하고 학생을 배정하는 방식에서 벗어나, 개개인에게 실질적인 '교육 바우처'를 지급하여 자신이 원하는 교육 내용, 기관, 방식을 직접 선택하고 소비할 수 있도록 합니다.
즉, 우리 대학의 이 강의보다 다른 대학의 AI 강의가 나에게 더 필요하다.” 고 생각한다면, 자신의 Voucher를 다른 교육기관의 교육에 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것


공교육 기관의 Platform 화: 

학교는 더 이상 지식을 독점하고 통제하는 공간이 아니라, 학생들이 모여 토론하고 협업하며 각자의 프로젝트를 수행하는 개방형 코워킹 스페이스이자 커뮤니티 센터로 재탄생해야 합니다.


5. 평가와 자격 체계의 근본적 혁신


학위 중심에서 역량·포트폴리오 중심으로 의 이동: 

'어느 대학을 졸업했는가'라는 간판이 아니라, '스스로 무엇을 기획하고 성취해 냈는가'를 증명하는 질적 포트폴리오와 오픈 배지(Open Badge) 시스템이 사회적 공인 자격으로 기능하도록 합니다.


실무 및 탐구 중심 평가: 

정답을 고르는 객관식·주관식 시험을 완전히 폐지하고, 장기간에 걸친 심층 프로젝트 결과물, 실천적 문제 해결 과정, 그리고 이에 대한 동료 및 전문가의 평가를 중심에 둡니다.


6. 대학의 다원화와 자율 경쟁


고등교육의 장벽 철폐: 

학위 취득의 연한을 없애고, 학과 간의 경계를 완전히 허문 무전공·오픈 커리큘럼을 전면 도입하여 대학이 연구와 탐구의 순수한 전당이자 실질적 문제 해결 연구소로 기능하게 합니다.


지역 및 온라인 공유 대학 네트워크: 

물리적 캠퍼스의 한계를 뛰어넘어 전 세계의 우수한 강의와 연구 인프라를 온라인과 지역 거점을 통해 언제든 공유받을 수 있는 개방형 고등교육 생태계를 구축합니다.

The AI Agent era has already arrived. The days of teachers and professors being the sole providers of education are already behind us. AI agents teach us whatever we do not know and execute tasks exactly as instructed. They assist us with finding information and gathering and organizing research materials with a depth, volume, and qualitative excellence that a human could never replace. In a world like this, the current educational system—where leaders rigidly guide, direct, and teach students uniformly—is becoming completely obsolete.

The entire education system must be completely renewed. A grand revolution must take place. A Renaissance must occur. To place complete, self-directed self-development centered on individual aptitude and choice at the core, the existing academic system and university framework must be radically reformed.

We strongly urge the government, education officials, and all private academies (hagwons): Prepare immediately, or the collapse of academies will ensue.

Abolition of Fixed Durations and Barriers

* **Introduction of a Flexible Duration System:** Abolish the uniform grade- and semester-based progression system tied to age, transitioning instead to a grade-less, credit-accumulation system where students complete courses based on their individual learning pace and achievement.
* **Redesign of Curriculum Centered on Career Paths:** Remove cramming-oriented education focused on entrance examinations starting from elementary and secondary education, ensuring diverse exploratory programs and project-based learning so students can discover their own aptitudes and interests.

* **Abolition of Entrance Exam Systems and Accessible Higher Education:** Abolish uniform admission screening systems that restrict eligibility for university entrance, fully opening the doors so that anyone with the passion and will to learn can access their desired universities and majors.
* **Transition into Lifelong Education Platforms:** Restructure universities from places temporarily visited in youth to build resumes into lifelong open campuses that anyone can enter and exit at any stage of life to acquire new knowledge and develop their talents.

### 3. Establishment of Infrastructure Centered on Self-Directed Self-Development

* **National Customized Mentoring System:** Move away from knowledge-transmitter-centered classrooms to build a professional career and learning consultant (mentor) system that helps each student proactively design their own career path and learning journey.
* **Self-Directed Learning History Management:** Establish a practical, competency-focused portfolio eval‎uation system where society is centered not on schools or degrees, but on individuals proving what they have personally explored and achieved.

### 4. Shift from a Supplier-Centered to a Consumer-Centered (Learner-Centered) Education

* **Introduction of Voucher-Based Learning Rights:** Move away from the traditional model where the state unilaterally supports schools and assigns students, instead providing individuals with practical "education vouchers" so they can directly choose and consume the educational content, institutions, and methods they desire.
* **Platformization of Public Educational Institutions:** Schools must no longer be spaces that monopolize and control knowledge, but must be reborn as open co-working spaces and community centers where students gather to debate, collaborate, and execute their own projects.

### 5. Fundamental Innovation of Eval‎uation and Credential Systems

* **Shift from Degree-Centered to Competency- and Portfolio-Centered Systems:** Transition to a system where qualitative portfolios and open badge systems—proving "what one has personally planned and achieved" rather than the brand name of "which university one graduated from"—function as socially recognized qualifications.
* **Practical and Exploratory-Based Eval‎uation:** Completely abolish multiple-choice and subjective written exams, placing long-term in-depth project outcomes, practical problem-solving processes, and eval‎uations by peers and experts at the center.

### 6. Diversification and Autonomous Competition of Universities

* **Removal of Barriers in Higher Education:** Eliminate degree completion time limits and fully introduce cross-disciplinary, open curricula with no fixed majors, allowing universities to function as pure halls of research and inquiry as well as practical problem-solving research institutes.
* **Regional and Online Shared University Networks:** Build an open higher education ecosystem that transcends the limitations of physical campuses, allowing students to access and share excellent lectures and research infrastructure from around the world at any time through online and regional hubs.
