[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 잠언 14장 1. 지혜로운 여자는 다 자기 집을 세우되 어리석은 자는 자기 손으로 그것을 허무느니라.Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.2. 곧바르게 걷는 자는 {주}를 두려워하나 자기 길들이 비뚤어진 자는 그분을 멸시하느니라.He that walketh in his uprightness feareth the LORD: but [he that is] perverse in his ways despiseth him.3. 어리석은 자의 입에는 교만의 막대기가 있으나 지혜로운 자들의 입술은 그들을     보존하리로다.In the mouth of the foolish [is] a rod of pride: but the lips of the wise shall preserve them.4. 소들이 없는 곳에는 구유가 깨끗하나 소의 힘으로 많은 소출을 얻느니라.Where no oxen [are], the crib [is] clean: but much increase [is] by the strength of the ox.5. 신실한 증인은 거짓말을 하지 아니하나 거짓 증인은 거짓말을 하리로다.A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.6. 비웃는 자는 지혜를 구하여도 얻지 못하거니와 지식은 깨닫는 자에게 쉬우니라.A scorner seeketh wisdom, and [findeth it] not: but knowledge [is] easy unto him that understandeth.7. 네가 어리석은 자에게 지식의 입술이 있음을 보지 못하거든 그의 앞에서 떠날지니라.Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not [in him] the lips of knowledge.8. 분별 있는 자의 지혜는 그의 길을 깨닫는 것이나 어리석은 자들의 어리석음은 속이는     것이니라.The wisdom of the prudent [is] to understand his way: but the folly of fools [is] deceit.9. 어리석은 자들은 죄를 조롱하나 은총은 의로운 자들 가운데 있느니라.Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous [there is] favour.10. 마음이 마음의 비통함을 알며 낯선 자는 마음의 기쁨과 상관하지 못하느니라.The heart knoweth his own bitterness; and a stranger doth not intermeddle with his joy. 11. 사악한 자의 집은 뒤엎어지려니와 곧바른 자의 장막은 흥왕하리라.The house of the wicked shall be overthrown: but the tabernacle of the upright shall flourish.12. 어떤 길은 사람이 보기에 옳으나 그것의 끝은 사망의 길들이니라.There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof [are] the ways of death.13. 심지어 웃을 때에도 마음에 슬픔이 있고 그 희락의 끝은 근심이니라.Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth [is] heaviness.14. 마음이 타락한 자는 자기 자신의 길들로 채워지려니와 선한 사람은 자신으로부터 만족을       얻으리라.The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man [shall be satisfied] from himself.15. 단순한 자는 모든 말을 믿으나 분별 있는 자는 자기의 가는 것을 잘 살피느니라.The simple believeth every word: but the prudent [man] looketh well to his going.16. 지혜로운 자는 두려워하여 악을 떠나거니와 어리석은 자는 격노하며 자만하느니라.A wise [man] feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident.17. 급히 노하는 자는 어리석게 행하며 사악한 꾀들을 꾸미는 자는 미움을 받느니라.[He that is] soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.18. 단순한 자는 어리석음을 상속하거니와 분별 있는 자는 지식으로 관을 쓰느니라.The simple inherit folly: but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.19. 악한 자는 선한 자 앞에서 절하고 사악한 자는 의로운 자의 문들에서 절하느니라.The evil bow before the good; and the wicked at the gates of the righteous.20. 가난한 자는 자기 이웃에게도 미움을 받으나 부유한 자는 친구가 많으니라.The poor is hated even of his own neighbour: but the rich [hath] many friends. 21. 자기 이웃을 멸시하는 자는 죄를 짓되 가난한 자에게 긍휼을 베푸는 자는 행복하니라.He that despiseth his neighbour sinneth: but he that hath mercy on the poor, happy [is] he.22. 악을 꾀하는 자들은 잘못하지 아니하느냐? 그러나 선을 꾀하는 자들에게는 긍휼과 진리가      있으리로다.Do they not err that devise evil? but mercy and truth [shall be] to them that devise good.23. 모든 수고에는 유익이 있어도 입술의 말은 빈곤에 이를 뿐이니라.In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips [tendeth] only to penury.24. 지혜로운 자들의 왕관은 그들의 재물이나 어리석은 자들의 어리석음은 어리석은 짓이니라.The crown of the wise [is] their riches: [but] the foolishness of fools [is] folly.25. 진실한 증인은 혼들을 건지거니와 속이는 증인은 거짓말을 하느니라.A true witness delivereth souls: but a deceitful [witness] speaketh lies.26. {주}의 두려움 속에 강한 확신이 있나니 그분의 자녀들에게 피난처가 있으리라.In the fear of the LORD [is] strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge.27. {주}를 두려워하는 것은 생명 샘이라 사망의 올무들에서 벗어나게 하느니라.The fear of the LORD [is] a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.28. 백성이 많은 것은 왕의 영예이나 백성이 적은 것은 통치자의 멸망이니라.In the multitude of people [is] the kings honour: but in the want of people [is] the destruction of the prince.29. 진노하기를 더디 하는 자는 큰 명철이 있으나 영이 조급한 자는 어리석음을 높이느니라.[He that is] slow to wrath [is] of great understanding: but [he that is] hasty of spirit exalteth folly. 30. 건전한 마음은 육체의 생명이나 시기는 뼈를 썩게 하는 것이니라.A sound heart [is] the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones.31. 가난한 사람을 학대하는 자는 그를 만드신 분을 모욕하되 그분을 존경하는 자는 가난한       사람에게 긍휼을 베푸느니라.He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the poor.32. 사악한 자는 자기의 사악함 가운데서 쫓겨나거니와 의로운 자는 자기의 죽음 가운데서도       소망을 갖느니라.The wicked is driven away in his wickedness: but the righteous hath hope in his death.33. 지혜는 명철이 있는 자의 마음에 머물거니와 어리석은 자들의 중심에 있는 것은       알려지느니라.Wisdom resteth in the heart of him that hath understanding: but [that which is] in the midst of fools is made known.34. 의는 한 민족을 높이거니와 죄는 어느 백성에게나 수치거리가 되느니라.Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin [is] a reproach to any people. 35. 왕의 은총은 지혜로운 종을 향하거니와 그의 진노는 수치를 끼치는 자를 향하느니라.The kings favour [is] toward a wise servant: but his wrath is [against] him that causeth shame.
