Inflammator Nitrogen
Nitrogen is said to be harmless to the human body, but this is not true. Depending on how you breathe, it can do fatal harm. Let's take an example.
A person who stops breathing while sleeping and then exhales after a long time has foamy blood in his blood. When you stop breathing, the blood that has circulated through the whole body should be discharged out through the lungs, but it cannot go out. Eventually, the blood, which contains carbon dioxide and nitrogen, goes back to the heart. At this point, bubbles form. When the bubble blood travels through the blood vessels and reaches the joints, the pressure drops and more bubbles are formed, and the joints that are not properly supplied with blood become inflamed and diseased.
When you practice properly and deepen your practice, your mind becomes calm and your body relaxes. Your breathing will naturally deepen. Deeper breathing means longer inhalation. There are times when you just keep breathing in for a while. However, it is important to know that when the inhalation becomes longer and deeper, nitrogen cannot be expelled. If the inhalation is long enough, the calm mind and body harden again, repeating the calmness and hardness. If you mistakenly think this is normal and repeat it like a squirrel on a treadmill, cells can no longer divide and get sick and die.
Please keep in mind that inflammation occurs in the cells as much as the inhalation is deep. When you properly deal with inflammation and relax more, all 84,000 pores open to release nitrogen and release inflammation.
