"Republicans must win this election for the sake of America
I have a friend who is Korean-Chinese; specifically, his father was Chinese and his mother was Korean. He and I both agree that the current conflict between Trump and Xi Jinping is a life-or-death struggle—a matter of "eat or be eaten."
I once asked him, "If you had to choose between the United States and China, which country would you pick?"
"Without hesitation, he chose the United States. When I asked why, he answered, 'It is because of my God, and I chose America for its religious freedom.
It is precisely "because of God" that the upcoming election is not merely a choice between the Democratic or Republican party, but a critical decision to choose America for the sake of its future.
Since World War II, the United States has ruled the world as the ultimate superpower.
The world feared America, envied America, and respected America as the global "Big Brother."
Today, however, that hegemony is being threatened and challenged, primarily by China.
Therefore, a Republican defeat in this election would signify a defeat for America, paving the way for Beijing to become the "White House of China" or the "Rome of modern times."
What kind of country is China today?
While China’s GDP stands at $14 trillion compared to America's $20 trillion, leaving it in second place, it remains a terrifying entity that will soon overtake the U.S. if left unchecked.
This is because China has established a unique model of "state-led capitalism and an authoritarian governance system," which is neither old Soviet-style communism nor Western democratic capitalism.
Unlike Western capitalist models that face structural limits with the rise of AI, China's state-driven, authoritarian model allows for bold and rapid decision-making.
Even if a massive project fails, individuals or private companies do not go bankrupt; instead, the collective public bears the burden.
In other words, they turn the vulnerability of "everybody’s business is nobody’s business" into a formidable institutional strength.
Furthermore, China acts as an Eastern hegemon rather than a global one, driven by a historical disposition of ethnic superiority, having extracted tribute from surrounding smaller nations and constantly bullying its neighbors for centuries.
Korea has suffered under this dynamic for nearly 600 years.
It is said that when animals—including humans—live under confinement and threat for long periods, their very genetic makeup alters. This explains why African prey animals instinctively flee rather than challenge a lion when they cross paths.
What happens if the United States loses its global hegemony to China?
While both nations might exercise geopolitical dominance, they are qualitatively different in two major ways.
First is religion. Although China legally recognizes religion on paper, it is officially an atheist socialist state where all religious activities must be approved by the State—meaning the Communist Party. This is entirely different from Western-style religious freedom.
The core reason my Korean-Chinese friend chose the U.S. over his own ancestral bloodline is this very issue of religious liberty.
While Karl Marx's original intent behind calling religion "the opium of the people" is often misinterpreted, the Communist Party restricts religious activities because they know that unchecked faith could spark a secondary proletariat movement or lead to another Tiananmen Square incident.
Thus, religion operates strictly under a state-permit system.
Second is private property rights.
The communist concept of land in China dictates state ownership, not private ownership.
To appease public discontent regarding this system—which goes against the basic human instinct of wanting to declare something as "mine"—they adopted a capitalist-mimicking system of "land-use rights" granted by the state.
However, this is fundamentally different from Western property ownership.
In the West, phrases like "my house" and "my land" grant absolute rights, which is why owners are called "landlords." In China, it remains "our house" or "our land."
While the propertyless masses might claim they don't care, we must help people realize that communism destroys natural human liberty, making it a system that should not exist on this earth for anyone who dreams of one day owning their own home or practicing pure freedom of religion.
As Ken Langone, author of I Love Capitalism, defined it: "Capitalism is naturalism and animalism." He noted, "So capitalism is natural, but communism is fixed by a human, Karl Marx, against nature and God.
Reflecting on this, the upcoming election stands as a critical turning point for the United States and the broader Western free world.
If America surrenders its hegemony to China, China will become a geopolitical T-Rex, proving that "you cannot dream in communism."
Many critics argue that this geopolitical war erupted because Donald Trump fell into Benjamin Netanyahu’s trap, labeling Trump a liar or a tyrant. But that is missing the bigger picture.
Trump foresaw the future of both America and China.
He recognized that if China is not dismantled now, the United States will collapse just as the Soviet Union did.
The hidden objective of this conflict is to choke off China's lifeblood: oil.
This is why Venezuelan oil was blocked, and it is the true reason behind cutting off Iranian oil—to squeeze China's energy supply.
Confronting the entire world is not a task for just any Tom, Dick, and Harry of a president. It requires a fiercely resilient and aggressive character—like we had with General Park in South Korea in the 1960s and Lee Kuan Yew in Singapore in the 1970s. We, the people, called them 'good tyrants' or 'good dictators.
This confrontation with a rising, T-Rex-like China should have begun during the Clinton or Obama administrations, or at the very least, under the Biden administration.
If Trump fails in this standoff against China, China will officially dominate the Pacific and, subsequently, the world.
For the American people, this election is the final opportunity to choose America.
Just as Jesus, the Son of God, had a disciple who betrayed him and another who denied him three times, it is impossible for every single American to like Trump.
However, voters must recognize that this particular election is not about supporting Trump the individual, but about securing the future of America and the global free world.
I hope the American people realize that "whether they love him or hate him, it must be Trump," casting a vote they will not regret for the future of their nation
