Hi~ everyone~! 5 days alrea요 have passed since second semester started. How is your feeling? I'm very tired. It is difficult to adapt to the life. I really miss summer vacation.
Today is my speech day. But I couldn't prepare my speech perfectly, because as I said before second semester has started. ...... It seems to be a pretext..... ^^;;
I had worried about my speech topic. Today is a general meeting of beginning school. So, I want to deliver a easy and interesting speech to you. Finally I found a topic. Nowadays many people are interested in their blood types. Well-being is also a hot issue. Losing weight is one of the ways to be well-being. So, I'll let you know the proper way of losing weight according to your blood types.
1. A type.
A type is the most suitable to lose weight. Generally they have patience and try everything steadily. So, if they decide to lose weight they never skip even one day. But they have extreme thought. Because of this, when they can't keep their plan well, they give it up at once.
Their self-respect is also very great. So they should keep the plan by themselves secretly rather than announce to other people.
Then let's learn diet which is fit for A type.
Diet is also very important to lose weight. Vegetable diet is more proper than meat diet. Reduce the amount of meal you eat. Until now if you have taken a meat diet mainly, try to change your taste. But if you can't stand it, and you really want to eat meat, I recommend chicken or fish.
Try to exercise to strengthen spirit and body through concentration of mind. Swimming and riding a bicycle are good. If you want to exercise easier in your home, I recommend stretching. When you spend 20 minutes, before you go to bed and after getting up, the effect will be twice.
Key point is this. Losing weight through exercise.
2. B type.
If B type really wants to do something, they necessarily achieve their goal. But, they don't like to join other people. In other words, they are very intransigent. They follow their emotion and feeling. So they must find their own way to lose weight to draw their intersts.
Their ability to concentrate is great. But they don't like to do their best. So they become negligent and give up easily.
They are sensitive to information and have a lot of curiosity. So they enjoy the way than the goal.
They hate simplicity. Therefore, they need the diet which is mixed vegetable meals and meat meals. Remember this!! Flour food is the worst enemy.
I recommend rythmical exercise, for example, do gymnastics with watching TV or clean a room with listening to music. Aerobics and dance are also good. But fixed time is not good for B type. Just exercise when you want.
B type is bored easily. So, 요요 phenominon occurs easily. Be careful this.
3. AB type.
This type is very special. Because it appeared only 100 years ago. The history is very short. Just 2~5% is alive in this world. This type has a character of A and B type. So they express differently according to time and place. In official place, they show A type's character. But in private place they show B type's character.
AB type has cold, intellectual and objective sight. But they don't have patience. So they give up their losing weight, easily. Therefore, they should set plans for short term. Reduce amount of meal and snack. Choose low caloric foods.
Then let's learn exercise style. Yo-ga and hypogastric breathing are effective. Because these make their mind and body peaceful.
Make variety menus. But you should choose a low calorie food.
4. O type.
O type is misundertood easily, "They do a slapdash." like this. But if they make plans first, they make a rush. So they should make plans for short-term, 3~6 months. They regard human relations are very important. Because of this to start with their friends is more effective.
They have a lot of stomach acids. So, they don't need to reduce the amount of meal. But they have to eat vegetables and fruits to prevent excess acid in the stomach.
O type people must remember this. Although the digest system is strong, they are not good at digestion of dairy product and cereal.
Jogging and running are good for them.
Avoid cereal and bean. They disturb a function of changing calorie to energy.
Everyone has different characters and constitutions. Therefore good ways of losing weight are also different according to each person. I hope, after listening to my speech you can find a fit way for you and succeed losing weight.
