이 순간만이 전부입니다

“The past and future only exist as thoughts that we give our attention to in the present. This moment is all there is and could ever be. There is never a time when it is not nested in the single trailing moment of the Now.  Eternity is not a part of linear time (past, present and future)… it is the limitless field of possibility beyond confines of space and time.”  

과거와 미래는 오직 현재에 우리의 주의를 기울이는 생각으로만 존재합니다.
이 순간이 전부이며, 존재할 수 있는 전부입니다. 지금 이 순간이 지금이라는 단 하나의 흘러가는 순간 안에 깃들어 있지 않은 때는 결코 없습니다.
영원은 선형적 시간(과거, 현재, 미래)의 일부가 아닙니다… 그것은 공간과 시간의 한계를 넘어선 무한한 가능성의 영역입니다.
