2. 업무개요
- Establish a full strategic marketing plan from products/program concept
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of products as well as defining the positioning the strategies for those
markets/products
- Budget management. Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity with
agreed budget
- Provide product marketing and competitive analysis training to the sales force
- Coordinate and build strong working relationship with various internal/external business partners and customers
3. 응시자격
1) Background
- Major in pharmacy is preferred
2) Education
- Bachelor degree required
3) Experience
- Preferred in OTC and/or FMCG relevant experience and at least of 3 years of experience in brand marketing
4) Skills
- Ability to understand market trend, financial data and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data
- Strong result orientation and ability to execute and measure programs and campaign
- Ability to work and coordinate well on various teams and team leaders
- Good negotiation and communication skill to effectively partner with Health authorities
- Good command of English communication skills
