주 예수님,
우리에게는 당신이 당하신 고난보다
더 큰 고통을 주시지 않습니다.
모든 사람의 마음과 생각 속에
우리는 당신의 세상 속에서
하나라는 깨달음을 심어주소서.

우리의 문화 속에 비슷한 점을 강조할 수 있게 도와주시고
우리의 다른 점을 찬양할 수 있게 해주소서.

예수님,
당신의 상처 입은 손을 뻗으시어
당신의 백성을 축복해 주시고
치유와 회복을 베푸시며
당신께로 그리고 서로에게로
사랑 안에서 가까와지도록 해주소서.



Lord Jesus,
there is nothing we can experience which
you have not already suffered.

Create in the hearts and minds of all people
a realization that we are all one in your world.
Help us to emphasize those things which are similar
in our cultures and may we learn
to celebrate our differences.

Jesus, stretch forth your wounded hands in blessing
over your people, to heal and restore, and to draw
them to yourself and to one another in love.
