<p>오스틴에서는 유명한 라멘집이지만 국물이 제 입맛에는 뽀오오오얀 설렁탕 사골국물맛이 진하게 나서 (제가 예전에 뉴욕/뉴저지/DC쪽에서 먹던 라멘맛이랑 좀 많이 달라요) 약간 호불호가 갈릴수도 있지 않을까 싶기도 한 라멘집입니다.</p><p> </p><p>어쨌든 유명한 곳이고 라멘집말고도 이 쇼핑플라자안에 벨벳 타코 (카페에 리뷰 있어요), Amy's Ice Creams, Tyler's 등등이 들어온다고 하니 굿뉴스 인것 같습니다.</p><p> </p><p>주소: 2132 N. 첫댓글 한국에서 라멘성지에 살던 경험? 추억? 미련? 을 살려 조만간에 주변에 이곳 포함 라멘집을 좀 가봐야겠습니다.
요즘 한국에서 라멘 장인들이 많은것 같더라구요!!!
오스틴은 라멘맛이 좀 되게 되게 크리미하고 진한..... 사골맛이 엄청 심한 그런 라멘을 좋아하는것 같습니다. ㅎㅎ
맛이 없다기 보다는 제가 동부쪽에서 접하던 라멘맛과 좀 달라요.
