It's a popular dish in the sommer.

That sounds interesting.
There are two type: mool naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon.
Mool naengmyeon is served in icy cold broth and bibim naengmyeon is mixed in spicy red pepper paste.
Okay. What else goes in there?
Well, the dish is topped with veggies, Korean pears, a hard-boiled egg, and thin slices of beef.
