I lost my mum last April, she was 50 years old. This was my first Christmas without her. If definitely felt strange at first and listening to Her Majesty talking about her Phillip really spoke to me. I too lost a beautiful brother last October and I felt the emptiness on Christmas day, but like the Queen mentioned, it's a time of endings and a time of new beginnings, we had two new great grandchildren born, yet we still managed to enjoy Xmas. May Xmas next year be a better time for us all. May covid be finally a thing of the past. God bless everyone around the world.
