From departing on October 14 to returning on the night of the 22nd, I had precious encounters with so many wonderful people while traveling between Murcia and Alicante.

Especially in Alicante, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the President of the Royal Spanish Taekwondo Federation—who readily agreed to sign an MOU to further accelerate international exchange and the promotion of Haedong Kumdo with the United World Haedong Kumdo Federation—as well as the Secretary General and all executive members of the Spanish Taekwondo Association who traveled a long way to attend the meeting.

I also thank Victoriano, the organizer of this event, who kept me busy every day by preparing about 6 meals a day. Thank you as well to Robert from Madrid, Leonard from Seville, Castro from Lisbon, and all the masters and students of the Murcia dojang.

I am especially deeply grateful to Nayeli, the youngest member of Victoriano's dojang, for acting as my interpreter all the time.

Also, seeing her cry her eyes out on the last day because she didn't want to part ways touched the hearts of Robert, myself, and Master Victoriano for a long time.

Though small, the gifts we exchanged and the quiet emotions flowing through each other's hearts make life truly worth living.

Looking ahead to May 2027, I anticipate an even larger event and broader international exchanges with many people.

Every moment and connection from this Spain itinerary has always led to great fulfillment and emotion.

Now, my heart is starting to busy itself again toward the 2026 Germany event coming up in November.

《Encuentros y conexiones en España en 2026》

Viernes, 23 de octubre de 2026, disfrutando de un café matutino con vistas a Oryukdo ☕

Desde mi salida el 14 de octubre hasta mi regreso la noche del 22, tuve encuentros muy valiosos con tantas personas maravillosas mientras viajaba entre Murcia y Alicante.

Especialmente en Alicante, quiero expresar mi más profundo agradecimiento al Presidente de la Real Federación Española de Taekwondo —quien aceptó gustosamente firmar un MOU para impulsar aún más el intercambio internacional y la promoción del Haedong Kumdo junto con la Federación Mundial de Haedong Kumdo—, así como al Secretario General y a todos los miembros directivos de la Asociación Española de Taekwondo que viajaron desde lejos para asistir a la reunión.

También agradezco a Victoriano, el organizador de este evento, quien me mantuvo ocupado todos los días preparando unas 6 comidas al día. Gracias asimismo a Robert de Madrid, Leonard de Sevilla, Castro de Lisboa, y a todos los instructores y alumnos del dojang de Murcia.

Le agradezco especialmente de corazón a Nayeli, la más joven del dojang de Victoriano, por actuar como intérprete en todo momento. Además, verla llorar desconsoladamente el último día porque no quería despedirse nos conmovió profundamente el corazón a Robert, a mí y al maestro Victoriano durante un buen rato.

Aunque son pequeños, los regalos que intercambiamos y las emociones silenciosas que fluyen en el corazón de cada uno hacen que la vida realmente valga la pena.

Mirando hacia mayo de 2027, espero un evento aún más grande y mayores intercambios internacionales con muchas personas.

Cada momento y conexión de este viaje por España siempre se ha traducido en una gran satisfacción y emoción. Ahora, mi corazón vuelve a agitarse y a prepararse poco a poco para el evento de Alemania de 2026 que tendrá lugar en noviembre.

《2026년도 스페인에서의 만남과 인연》

2026년 10월 23일 금요일, 오륙도의 아침을 바라보며 ☕

10월 14일 출국해 22일 밤 귀국하기까지, 무르시아와 알리칸테를 오가며 정말 많은 분들과 소중한 만남을 가졌다.

특히 알리칸테에서 (사)세계해동검도연합회와 해동검도의 국제 교류 및 활성화에 더욱더 박차를 가할 MOU 체결을 기꺼이 승낙해 주신 스페인왕립태권도연맹 회장님, 그리고 회의에 참석하고자 먼길을 마다않고 내려와 주신 사무총장님과 스페인태권도협회 여러 임원진 여러분께도 깊은 감사를 드린다.

또한, 하루에 대략 6끼의 식사를 챙겨주느라 매일 정신없었던 이번 행사의 주관자 빅토리아노 씨에게 감사드린다.

그리고 마드리드에서 온 로버트와 세비야의 레오나르드, 포르투갈 리스본에서 온 카스트로, 그리고 무르시아 도장의 사범들과 수련생들 모두에게도 진심으로 감사드리면서,

특히 빅토리아노 도장의 막내인 나예리(Nayeli)가 줄곧 통역을 해준 것에 대해서도 아주 고맙게 생각한다.

또한 마지막 날 헤어지기 싫었는지 나예리의 엉엉 우는 모습은 로버트와 나와 빅토리아노 관장의 가슴을 한참 동안 뭉클하게 만든 순가이었다.

조그만 선물이지만 주고받는 과정을 통해 서로의 마음속에 흐르는 조용한 감동은
사람 사는 맛이 나게 한다.

다가오는 2027년 5월에는 보다 큰 행사로서 많은 사람들과의 해외 교류도 있을 것으로 내다본다.

이번 스페인 일정의 모든 순간과 인연은 언제나 큰 보람과 감동으로 이어졌다.

이제 11월에 있을 2026년도 독일 행사와 12월 영국의 행사를 향해 다시 마음이 조금씩 바빠진다.
