3. 전도의 비결과 방법

1) 전도가 안 되는 원인 - 4

지금까지 통일교회가 전도를 해도 왜 안 되었느냐? 이 원칙이 안 되었기 때문입니다. 선생님은 지금도 낮잠을 못 잔다구요, 습관이 되어서, 낮잠을 자려면 마음이 아주…. 아무리 고단해도 낮잠은 못 잔다구요.

식구들이 저 세계에서 전부 다 고생하고 있는 걸 생각할 때, 그게 양심에 걸리는 거예요. 비가 오면 벌써 여러분들이 생각나는 거예요. 눈이 와도 여러분들이 생각납니다. 그래서 배를 타고 바다에 나가는 것입니다. 그러면 마음이 편해요.

선생님이 그러면서 기도하고 있다는 사실을 알아야 합니다. 어디 나가지 못하면 여기서라도 자진해서 고단한 일을 하려고 한다구요. 그게 필요하다구요. 그렇게 사는 한, 통일교회 선생님을 위해서 죽을 자리에 들어간다는 겁니다. 부모님 대해서 원망을 안 하는 것입니다. 감사하는 거예요. 

그리고 선생님은 언제나 일선의 친구다 하는 생각을 갖고 있습니다. 일선의 친구, 후방의 친구가 아니라 일선의 친구다 하는 생각을 갖고 있다는 거예요. 그러면 식구들이 일선에 선 사령관이라고 생각하는 거예요. 여기 주책임자로 왔으면 주를 얼마만큼 사랑하느냐? 주의 땅을 얼마만큼 사랑하느냐? 주의 사람을 얼마만큼 사랑하느냐? 이게 문제입니다. (131-333) 

전도가 안 된다? 안 되는 것은 실력이 부족하고, 믿음이 부족하고…. 정성을 들여서 한 번에 안 되면 두 번, 세 번, 네 번 점점 강하게 반복을 하는 거라구요, 안 되면 될 때까지. 그렇기 때문에 낙망하지 말라구요, 낙망.

낙망하는 자가 제일 졸장부다 이거예요. 너희들 전도 나가서 한 주(州)를 영향 미칠 자신이 있어? “나는 한 주는 문제없다. 한 나라는 문제 없다.” 먼저 그런 자신을 가져야 되겠다구. 자신 있어?「예」 (77-20)

3. 伝道の秘訣と方法

1) 伝道できない原因 - 4

皆さんの考えで、「み旨の時が来たのに、なぜ伝道できないのか」と言うでしょうが、それは皆さんのゆえにそうなのです。先生はどこに行っても、伝道することができるというのです。

私は、どれだけでも言えるのです。私がそういった境地に精神統一していくなら、環境がすぐに変わるのです。ですから、それほどに距離があるのです。みな同じように見えますが、距離があるのです。それをどうつくるのかということを考えなければならないのです。

そして、皆さんが今、天のみ旨を知っていますが、いつ天の声を聞いて、いつどこで霊的に先生に会って報告するのでしょうか？　それを相当に慕わないと、そうならないのです。そうすれば、みな教えてあげるようになっているのです。皆さんが、夜寝るのも忘れ、食べることを忘れ、愛する人を忘れるくらい、それを思うことができれば、完全に直接通じるというのです。（九四―一五七）

皆さん、先生が慕わしくて御飯を食べられず、そうしてみなさいというのです。直通します。アメリカにいる先生が、今何をしているのか、みな見えるのです。これはうそではありません。

分かりますか、何のことか？　心情のはしご、心情のアンテナは、先生に通じるようになっているのです。それにもかかわらず、自分の考えだけをもって先生の命令や、指示をなし、上部の指示を計算して、このような精神姿勢は正さなければならないというのです。分かりますか？ （はい）。（六八―一〇五）

1) Why Witnessing Efforts Do Not Bear Much Fruit - 4

Why have the witnessing activities of the Unification Church not been so successful so far? Because we could not meet this fundamental principle. Even now, I cannot afford to take a nap during the day. It has already become a habit so that if I tried to have a nap then my heart would feel . . . No matter how tired I am, I cannot take a nap.

When I think about all the sufferings of the members all around the world, it goes against my conscience to do so. When I see the rain, I start to think of you. When it snows, I also think about you. This is why I go out to the ocean on a boat.

Then, my heart is at peace. You should realize that at that moment, I am having a prayer. If I cannot go out, I try to voluntarily pursue some exhausting work. This is what is needed. As long as I am living this type of lifestyle, people will be willing to even face death for the sake of this teacher of the Unification Church. They will never bear any grievance against me. They will be grateful.

Furthermore, they always consider me as a friend in the frontline. They think of me as a friend in the frontline, not a friend in the defense-line. Members think of me as a commanding general in the frontline. You came here as the leader of the state, yet how much do you love this state? How much do you love the land in the state? How much do you love the people of the state? This is the problem. [131-333]

You say that witnessing is not going so well? The reason for the failure is lack of capability and faith . . . You should exert yourself to the full and repeat the activity twice, three times, four times, each time putting more effort than the previous time.

Therefore, you should not become dispirited. Despair -- those who despair are unworthy. Do you also have the confidence to influence a state when you go out witnessing there? You should have the confidence, "I can take care of one state without any problem. A nation is no problem." Do you have such confidence? [Yes] [77-20]
