The way to go on the mountain to avoid the world
Is like hauling the world
With a weak, heavy and gluggish body 

세상을 피해 산에 오르는 길은
천근만근 나약한 몸으로 
지구를 끌고 가는 것 같다

To hide a long sigh
Out of expiration and inspiration
Into the clean air
I'd love to run the alope and lay down on the mountain

긴 한숨을 숨기려고
들숨 날숨 몰아쉬며
청정한 공기 속으로 
비탈길 달려 내 몸을 누이고 싶다

Hands, feet and the chest
Runs the same tempo
The head becomes clear
It seems to be in the front of the mountain already

손과 발과 가슴이
같은 박자로 뛰며
명쾌해지는 머릿속
벌써 산 입구에 온 것 같다

To greet with the two holding hands
Bright smile of the old nun
It's mysterious encounter of the two women in the world

합장으로 반기시는
노스님의 환한 미소
속세의 두 여인의 만남이 신기하다

My body to lay on the board
Exchange of arms and legs stretched straight
Talking with the sky
Energy to be brought up
Makes mysterious synergy
To match with energy of inside of the mountain

나무판 위에 누운 일신
쭉쭉 뻗는 사지의 교차
하늘과 이야기하며
뿜어내는 에너지가
산 속 기와 맞물려
신비한 시너지를 만든다

Sweats falling between breast like dew
Give me another joy again
To recognize me alive

또르르 가슴 사이를 타고내리는 구슬땀은
살아있는 나를 확인하는
또 다른 기쁨을 준다

Clapping
To turn my waist
Triumphantly
I taste ultimate joy 

박수를 치며
허리를 돌리면서
의기양양 
최고의 환희를 맛본다

山寺에 다녀오면서
평소 유희로 단련하신 시인님!
산 오름은
또 다른 육신의
들숨 날숨인가 하여이다
와불을 친견하신 詩의 만남인 것 같습니다
