친구 부탁으로 그랜빌과 브로드웨이 근처에 새로 오픈할 안경원에서 안경사를 구하고 있습니다.

10월 정도에 오픈예정이며 처음에는 파트타임으로 시작할 예정이라고 합니다.

Our brand new eyewear retail store is seeking a part-time optician to work 2-3 days a week. 

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail oriented individual to join our team! 

THIS POSITION COULD LEAD TO A FULL TIME ROLE ONCE THINGS PICK UP FOR US.

We are opening our store towards the end of October.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet clients

Consult clients

Help clients with frame and lens selection

Verify prescriptions and fit clients with accurate eyeglasses and contact lenses

Dispense, adjust, and repair frames

Schedule follow up appointments with clients if needed

Instruct clients on proper eyewear use and basic eye care knowledge

Process insurances

Arrange for grinding or polishing of lenses

Grind or polish lenses

Place lab orders and follow up

Expected Qualifications:

Optician license

2+ years of optical work experience

Great customer service skills and communication skills

Flexible and adaptable to change

Good computer skills

Detail oriented

Retail background is a plus

Willing to cross-train
