1) Conduct daily sales orders processing and follow up 2) Initiate appropriate credit limit for each customer by consulting with Sales Leaders and Finance and make sure all payment to be made within agreed payment term 3) Take charge of logistic, customs clearance … local transportation to make sure time and cost effective supply mechanism 4) Keep up to date sales records and develop it to further efficient way 5) Manage JDE and/or similar tool to place order and monitor its development 6) Address customers’complaints & requests to feedback them to generate an improvement 7) Address that Sales Coordinator is part of sales team and an important contact point in delivering value to customers that Company has created.
