The title of this cartoon is "Ruby's Hiccups."
Max wanted to search find a monster mask. He asked to Ruby, but Ruby and Louise were practicing for the concert.
Suddenly, Ruby hiccuped, so they read a book to stop the hiccups. First, she held her breath, but Max interrupted, so they failed.
Next, she hanged hung upside-down, and they tried to sing. However, she kept hiccuping.
Third, she tried to drink a whole glass of water, but while drinking, Ruby and Louise heard a strang strange sound from upstairs.
They found Max imitating a monster. Lastly, she had to be surprised. The doorbell ringed rang, and they opened the door.
There was a Grandma wearing the monster mask. They were surprised, and Ruby stopped hiccuping. Max finally found the monster mask.
