(시84:1-12)
1 For the director of music. According to gittith. Of the Sons of Korah. A psalm. How lovely is your dwelling place, O LORD Almighty!  2 My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.  3 Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young--a place near your altar, O LORD Almighty, my King and my God.  4 Blessed are those who dwell in your house; they are ever praising you. Selah  5 Blessed are those whose strength is in you, who have set their hearts on pilgrimage.  6 As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a place of springs; the autumn rains also cover it with pools.  7 They go from strength to strength, till each appears before God in Zion.  8 Hear my prayer, O LORD God Almighty; listen to me, O God of Jacob. Selah  9 Look upon our shield, O God; look with favor on your anointed one.  10 Better is one day in your courts than a thousand elsewhere; I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of the wicked.  11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.  12 O LORD Almighty, blessed is the man who trusts in you.  


‘How lovely is your dwelling place’
하나님 계시는 처소가 사랑스러운 까닭은
하나님을 사랑하는 까닭

초가삼간(草家三間) 각계각층각처(各界各層各處)
어디가 되었든 언제가 되었든 어떤 상황이든 
사랑하는 님과 함께라면...행복(幸福)!

남진의 노랫말이 생각난다
「저 푸른 초원 위에 그림 같은 집을 짓고
사랑하는 우리 님과 한 백 년 살고 싶어
봄이면 씨앗 뿌려 여름이면 꽃이 피네
가을이면 풍년 되어 겨울이면 행복하네
멋쟁이 높은 빌딩의 시대지만
유행 따라 사는 것도 제멋이지만
반딧불 초가집도 님과 함께면
나는 좋아 나는 좋아 님과 함께면
님과 함께 같이 산다면」

그는 ‘한 백년’이라 했지만
‘반딧불 초가집’이라 했지만
나는 영원(永遠)토록 더 이상이란 없는 최고최선(最高最善)의 곳 하나님 아버지 집에서 살 것을 생각하니...

6절을 보면  ‘As they pass through the Valley of Baca’
이 ‘바카(Baca) 골짜기’를 HNR은 원어 ‘בָּקָא’를 뜻풀이 하여 ‘눈물’로 표현한 것을 보는데...
‘till each appears before God in Zion’ 7절 하나님 계시는 그곳으로 가는 길이 영적(靈的)으로나 현실(現實)에 있어서 눈물 없이는 못가는 길임을 알게한다

4 Blessed are those who dwell in your house
5 Blessed are those whose strength is in you
12 blessed is the man who trusts in you

그야말로 나는 목사로서 
하나님의 성전에 살고 있으니
오늘의 시편 기자의 표현에 의할 것 같으면 더할나위 없는 복에 겨운 사람

10절에 성전문지기로 있는 것조차 가장 큰 복이요 행복으로 여겼던 시편기자를 보며
오늘 나는 내가 얼마나 큰 복을 누리며 사는 존재인가를 확인한다
하여 ...할렐루야! 감사(感謝) 감사 감사...!!!
