고온 저항성 에폭시 접착제

문의 <A href="http://www.cnvision.co.kr/">www.cnvision.co.kr</A>   <A href="mailto:cpcbkim@hotmail.com">cpcbkim@hotmail.com</A>   017-331-0005     1. 요   약 J-31 열저항 접착제는 중간온도 에서 경화되는 2 성분 에폭시 페이스트접착제 이다. 완전히 경화되면 고온저항성, 높은 전단강도을 갖는다. 높은 열저항성 부품, 냄비나 주물 전기 부품등의 접착에 적합하다. 이것은 고온 저항성을 요하고 고정을 해야 하는곳에 사용될수 있다. 자성체 및 마모되기 쉬운곳의 접착에도 사용된다.     2. The bonding part should be used out within eight hours. The surface also can be treated by chromic acid or phosphoric acid anodized. • 스테인레스, 강 철 Blow the surface after degreasing by Trichlorethylene steam bath. • 흑연, 세라믹, 탄소섬유제품 Roughing the surface by sandpaper before bonding.   3.2 접착제 혼합 Mixing proportion: A:B=100:40 (by weight) Preheat Part A to 60 ~ 70 ℃ before mix them. Resin and hardener should be blended until they form a homogeneous mix. The adhesive should be used out during 8 hours after mixing at room temperature. 3.3 접착제 도포 On the treated dry and clean bonding surface, spread a thin layer of J-31 on the surface. The usage of J-31 is 250~300g/m2. A syringe can be used for dispensing. Please note not to let air come into adhesive. During dispensing process, wipe the glue tumor immediately once it overflows from the bonding joints. 3.4 경화 After dispensing process, J-31 could be cured immediately. The joint components should be assembled and clamped as soon as the adhesive has been applied. An even contact pressure throughout the joint area will ensure optimum cure. Electric blanket, oven, autoclave, infrared light or radar-type heater, as well as other appropriate heating methods, could be used for curing. Curing temperature is 180℃ for two hours. After the about drying process, wait till room temperature, take out the workpiece and let it naturally aged for at least 24 hours. 4. 용 도 • Used in bonding grinding and seal coating to FRP in BAY engine. • Used for making Magnetic mold material. • Bonding and potting for a variety of heat-resistant materials.   5. 포  장 A, B two parts packed respectively in 1kg iron drum. Outside packing: Cartons or boxes. 6. 운  송 J-31 is solvent free adhesive. It is not considered hazardous and therefore isnot regulated by DOT or IATA.   7. 저장용기 Keep in a cool, dark, dry place. Keep away from heat. J-31 and hardener may be stored for up 1 year at room temperature provided that the components are stored in sealed containers.   8. 주의사항 Our product are generally quite harmless to handle provided that certain precautions normally taken when handling chemicals are observed. The uncured materials must not, for instance, be allowed to come into contact with foodstuffs or food utensils, and measures should be taken to prevent the uncured materials form coming in contact with skin, since people with particularly sensitive skin may be affected. The wearing of impervious rubber or plastic gloves will normally be necessary; likewise the use of eye protection. The skin should be thoroughly cleansed at the end of each working period by wash with soap and warm water. The use of solvents is to be avoided. Disposable paper-not cloth towels should be used to dry the skin. Adequate ventilation of the working area is recommended.
